T.I am an out of Towner and decided to treat myself to a full set of acrylics. I have spent many many years with acrylics and been to many nail salons and this was definitely a first time experience. I had not only one person but three people do my nails at different times. After seeing the good reviews I was like sweet but definitely not my experience. Even tho they were all very happy and friendly I was not used to the changing of nail technicians. And kind of got over telling them all the time that I was happy with the length and no they were not too long. First time also experiencing no base coat being used before colour being applied. Paid the overly priced amount then left noticing that a lot of the colour applied was see through. And could see another of imperfections. As much as I love the design I chose just wish it was done to a high standard google reviews stated they did

H.Great service. Friendly staff. They booked the morning for the Buffalo women's group. Only problem was that we quoted old prices by the card that we seen on our fb chat group and we notice the prices had gone up and no one had mention while we chatting amongst ourselves.

N.In Taupo for a wedding and made a last minute booking for pedi and brow tint/wax. So glad I chose this place. Booking online was very easy. The salon is intimate, three tables and two shiny new pedi massage chairs. It is
upstairs so very private. There are three professional and warm friendly staff. The salon is super clean and lovely peaceful space. They did a great job on both my services - gentle, thorough and hygienic. I will definitely stop in again when I'm here.
S.I could say that this is the best place in Taupo!! I've been to many before, but so glad I found this place!! A hidden gem 💎 It is located upstairs above Sosha. A very luxurious beautiful shop.
