Every time I have been here the ladies have been super friendly and professional. I have been to a few different places to get my tattoo lasered and have never felt more comfortable and trusted that they are well trained in what they're doing. Olivia does everything she can to make the time pass quicker and for the laser treatment to feel less painful. Will keep going back to Diamond Laser even now I live 3.5 hours away because it is so worth it!

After one treatment with the ultra-forma at diamond laser I could feel immediately the tightening Of my neck. There was no downtime, no bruising , just a tight feeling in my neck for about 12 days I can not believe the difference as it’s been only 5 weeks. I can't speak more highly of my experience with Diamond Medispa. As a first time getting waxed, I didn't know what to expect, but Olivia was so friendly, professional she was a delight to be treated by. The facilities were clean, very pleasant in decor and although I was there for a couple hours getting it all done it just flew by! And her colleague Steph who gave a hand was equally wonderful. It was clear from how busy these ladies were, fully booked and in demand that they are the best in town. I would go nowhere else for my grooming needs from now on!

I had my eyebrows microbladed in Rotorua and they were really badly botched. I got in touch with Olivia at Diamond Laser Medispa to see if she’d be able to fix them for me. She said she could and we started the process in January 2019. It wasn’t an easy job, but I now have an amazing set of eyebrows. Olivia knew what shape would suit my face and features and chose a colour that would match my natural brows. I honestly can’t thank her enough for her professionalism, knowledge and amazing work. I now have eyebrows that I’m proud of instead of the mess I was left with from the previous place. Thank you so much Olivia!!!
