M.After a Reflexology treatment with Lyn I feel a lot looser in the neck and shoulder and upper back areas. It’s such a great feeling, one I haven’t felt for over a year. There appears to be an ease with everything I'm doing today, a lack of struggle, everything I’m doing appears to have more time and space around it. Less hectic, more calm, a ton more productive.
