J.First time visiting this salon. Had Michelle as my stylist who was very welcoming, friendly professional and informative. She did a great job & was efficient. The rest of the staff came across as friendly also. Not the first Vivo salon I have visited, but will make this one my regular. Highly recommend.

T.I have been to Kat twice now. Once for a kerasilk treatment and once for a cut and colour. Both services were great experience for me. Kat obtains a high level of expertise in her craft and I am so happy I found her. She is the best stylist I’ve ever had. The salon has a great atmosphere. The staff are very skilled, friendly and hardworking. Go to Vivo Bethlehem you will not be disappointed. :-)
S.I had an amazing experience with Nicky at the Bethlehem salon earlier this week. When I explained I was in Bethlehem for a few hours only, she managed to shuffle her schedule so that I had ample time for my hair appointment and still be able to get my bus back to Auckland. Nicky is knowledgeable, skillful and cheery. I had a Keratin treatment and haircut. She explained clearly what to expect as the end result. She was also able to fix my butchered hair which was a home self-cut gone terribly wrong. I'm impressed how she was able to rectify this despite what I had done to my hair and love how my hair looks and feels now. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with her as her friendly and cheerful disposition made time fly by. I'll certainly be back despite living in Auckland!
