Second time using Vicky in about a year and each time has been a fantastic experience. Had my hair done today and she is super knowledgeable, I felt completely at ease with her suggestions and thrilled with the final result. Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone that listens, knows what they’re doing, but is also really down to earth and great to chat to.

First time, really did a great job, they know exactly how to deal with my tough asian hair that fits my complexion, well done ladies ❤️ cheers!

All of the stylists here are fabulous and I want to acknowledge Bezu Sparkles for showing more than usual understanding of clients needs and taking extra steps than standard routine while using common sense ( can be uncommon) to ensure best results. I can see her growing strong with her confident work ethics.

Simply wonderful.. Very great customer service and friendly staff who seem to work quietly and methodically...l see rather great hairstyles and coloured combinations in the hair appear on the client's. Also great hair products and continuation in staff training. A must to visit these school holidays.

Great team at the crossing. Friendly and helpful. My particular haircut isn't technically challenging (#2 all over) but they do it well and don't bash my head to a pulp with the clippers like other places I've been to. Just had first cut of 2022, a great hair cut at a reasonable price by an awesome staff member.

Staff was professional and friendly. First time in my life I've been to a hair dresser, and they made it very comfortable for me. I've taken 1 star off for being charged $65 for a trim which took all of 30seconds to remove around 3cm of splitends. Not cool when I was asking to keep price down (although I have very thick long hair). I brought a $170 new client keratin package, still cost over $320 in the end. Ouch lol. But staff were wonderful. I felt like a rockstar when I walked out lol. Thank you.

I have had my hair cut and blow waved by Sara to day and I just had to write a review as I am so delighted with the way she does my hair, and I left the salon feeling awesome. Sara has been doing my hair over the past 2 years and I keep going back to her as she is very friendly and very competent in the way she styles and cuts my hair. She is lovely to chat to , very professional and takes great pride in her work, and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is wanting a professional looking hair style in a very pleasant atmosphere in this salon

I came here a few months ago but thought I'd leave a review because I still love the blonde hair so much :)

The nail technicians were friendly and easy to chat with...we had 2 adults and 3 children walk in and they accommodated us all...very pleased with the Beau choices of colours etc...

First timer there & my experience so far? Excellent! Staff very attentive for what you want done & certainly would go back there again! Yes I can highly recommend

Stephanie did such an amazing job with my hair! I walked in with uneven tones and only wanting to wear my hair in a low bun, to walking out feeling sooo much more myself with a gorgeous balayage! I’m so so so happy thank you so much!

Absolutely in love with my hair now !Before it was so boring i just hated it. I highly recommend Sam. She did an amazing job on my hair its blended flawlessly. Ive never really had loyalty to a particular stylist, but I will be sticking with her. So so so happy . 😀
