N.I had an amazing experience today at Vivo the Grange. Clea is amazing, for first time in years I found a hairdresser who can understand what I want done on my hair! My hair is silky and smooth and the toner she has applied looks amazing! Thank you!!!! I'm so happy I'll be back ☺
P.I visited Vivo, Warkworth, for the first time today and had a pre treatment consultation with Grace. She was wonderfully patient as she explained to me how my next balayage treatment would work best for me - I have had this process before but needed reassuring about the best way to tackle next approach. Grace was patient and didn't mind my endless questions. I feel very confident that I will be having most competent and professional service.
s.Though I was disappointed with my frizzy hair after the Kerasilk treatment, when I lodged a complaint with genuine pics, the whole amount was refunded back to me in a single day, which I think is a good quality. Yes, sometimes the treatment may not work, but trust is more important after all ! Anyway, Thanks for the refund!

P.Fantastic service and they really listen to the client. Caters to the individuals needs and gets to know their hair personally. Have a wealth of knowledge also.
