T.My first visit was because my son had given me a voucher as a Christmas gift for a facial. I added on a pedicure for myself and husband with a mans manicure for him for a shared experience of pampering. Have been back since and pleased that the quality of treatment remains a high standard and look forward to ongoing future visits. Highly recommended!
J.Highly recommend a massage from Bodyhaven. Got a lovely relaxation massage from Aiste, she was very professional and focused on my problem areas. Overall great ambience and experience. Also got a little chocolate and shot of coconut water at the end - what a treat!
R.First time I have been to this spa but it will not be the last. I was given a voucher for a massage as a gift and changed it to a sports massage. The therapist I used (Aiste) was brilliant and provided a quality massage. I walked in as a 70 year old and ran out 10 years younger 👍
S.It's a great customer experience.. you can really relax and enjoy your time here and not feel any stress/ pressure. Only con is my pedicure did chip within a few days but I am an avid hiker and maybe should have gotten gelish/ shelac nail polish

However, their philosophy is not to do extractions as it can lead to scarring. Might be noteworthy if your are looking for that.

P.Just had my first ever pedicure! Yes at 44 years of age I finally decided to do something for my feet lol. Even though the spa is central city located, you wouldn't know it inside. Lovely relaxing and calm atmosphere and a really comfortable area. This was a great experience, my feet feel fabulous and I now have cute hot pink toenails. Highly recommended!

A.I was given a voucher for my birthday as I love treating myself to a good massage, I had never been to Bodyhaven before. Now that I have had two massages there I can say the beds are really comfy they keep the room nice and warm for you and Pili was amazing! The perfect balance between firm and relaxing. I only wish I had her the first time! - I would like to add I have noticed the staff keep changing? So very hard to get a consistent experience.
M.My partner and I came here for a couples massage. I had never been for a massage before. The people here are absolutely lovely, and were very good at communicating what they were doing and keeping the atmosphere relaxing.
I had a full body massage at medium strength. Since I hadn't had a massage before I decided to keep it simple, and I think for me that was the best decision.
My only issue was that I discovered I am allergic to the lemongrass in the diffuser. This is not their fault, however, and now that I know I will be able to inform them prior to appointments.
10/10 would recommend, though if you have any known allergies, definitely let them know!

Brought my lady a nice day there and spent $150 for what I was told was a delux manicure and pedicure just to find out that it was only one of them and for $150 they just slapped some nail polish on her hands lovely staff tho! She loved the paradise package tho!
