K.Andrea is amazing! She matched my hair to my extension colour exactly how I wanted and helped me with my indecisiveness with the cut. Amazing product knowledge and excellent quality service.
M.Merryn did such an amazing job of dying my hair. It was my first time and she was great at talking me through the process, explaining what was happening and what to expect next. The result is outstanding - better than I'd imagined. She picked the perfect colour to match my request and the result is natural-looking and suits me perfectly. And as always the rest of the team at Hair Chair were lovely and friendly throughout the whole process. Highly recommended!
A.Such a nice morning spent in the chair at the masterful hands of Andrea who is Wellington’s next hottest stylist!! I had a cut and balayage, she helped me choose the toning and nailed it with lovely warm blonde looking very naturalistic, but with a couple of strips of rose gold at the front which was her idea and I couldn’t be more thrilled with it… Big love to Muki and Sam for such an awesome welcoming salon. If you have been scarred in the past def go to Hair Chair Salon to remind you that getting your hair done is a wholesome beautiful experience. Thank you Andrea 👏
N.I had the best experience here at hair chair!! Merryn was so lovely & did an amazing job in not only giving life to my hair but completely restoring it. I went in with a really bad dirty home job, bleached it so many times I also then tried cutting my own fringe & it was just terrible but I went in & Merryn absolutely restored it.
She was also so easy to talk to & she did exactly what I wanted & more.

b.Merryn did an amazing job making my hair beautiful and blonde again! I had previously been to a different hair salon and was not happy with the outcome. Merryn listened to exactly what I wanted and helped achieve the perfect blonde. Not only this but Merryn was great to chat with and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here, I will definitely coming back here on a regular basis!!
J.The Hair Chair is the most amazing salon! Both times that I have gone I have been pampered and my hair has turned out perfectly. I most recently had my hair done by Alice P and she was fantastic and got my hair to the perfect blonde, and was the most lovely person to chat with while I was there. I have also had my hair done by Merryn who was also fab! I recommend the hair chair to everyone I know and if you get your hair done there you are guaranteed to love it!

K.Muki is pretty much a hair goddess! Took a chance based on the amazing reviews and was completely happy with my cut. Every detail of this salon is considered and the staff are very friendly. Everyone here will go above and beyond to ensure the guest is happy. The head massage + massage chair was an awesome experience. Can't wait to come back! :)
