R.They do great work, loads of compliments afterward without fail. Have gone to two stylists there and because they take notes for their clients they are very consistent.
R.Great service and well informed of what to expect from what I was wanting. Definitely returning. I find that hairdressers usually do what they want, so getting what I wanted was a bonus.
J.I had a great experience here. Shannon gave me a really relaxing hair wash, condition, and long massage. Alistair cut my hair into the perfect shape and gave me a really nice blow dry. Everyone was really friendly and chatty, it was a really soothing and fun experience. I'll definitely be coming back regularly!

I got an appointment that day, which I know is rare. But it helped me in a jam. And they do such a great job making you feel at home in the cozy salon space. They also really align with my values so I'm happy to know a hairdressers like this is doing good in the world.

K.I’ve been going to The Powder Room for years because the service is fantastic. The staff are amazing, thoughtful and responsive (big ups to Katie who runs a well oiled machine, and to Lisa who cuts and colours my hair into the bespoke style that I love). I also appreciate the quality of the products used and sold at The Powder Room and love that Lisa runs an environmentally friendly and sustainable salon. Thoroughly recommended!
L.All the staff at The Powder Room are great. Lately I've been seeing Sarah, and she is particularly awesome. I usually get a blonde balayage and a cut, so if this is what you are after, I would A++ recommend Sarah. I hope she never leaves :)
R.I always have such a great experience at the Powder Room. Earlier this year, I had highlights put into my hair for the first time. I was really nervous about how it would look, but Dolly really listened and I was so happy with the result. Very relaxing environment with great chats and a cuppa. Would definitely recommend.

T.Decided to try the Powder Room out to put some lighter colour through my hair. I felt like Claire knew exactly what I wanted and did everything she could to get the natural result I wanted. She was so great! Definitely knows her stuff & super sweet.
I enjoyed the coffee and heated/massage chairs while getting my hair washed. Another lovely lady blew out my hair and did a perfect job. A great experience and amazing result. Thanks ladies!

L.It was decent, I guess. Hair colour didn't come out the way I wanted. Faded out to bleach blonde after only 3-4 days. Ended up just dying it myself

A.They give good cuts but they're pretty expensive now. Get the same from a barber but literally cost $50 more for a guy wash and cut
