G.Update; the owner has kindly offered a refund. Had a keratin defrizzing treatment, unfortunately it doesn't seem to have done anything to my hair at all, it's exactly the same as before. Still have exactly the same amount of frizz and it hasn't cut my blow dry time at all. This is strange as I have done these treatments before and they have always worked. The stylist did mention that they had just switched to a new brand .
R.I have been going to Levi for my hair for the last 5 years. He is the best hairdresser I’ve come across, professional, friendly and accomodating and I always leave the salon feeling amazing with the exact hair colour or cut I have requested. I have jet black hair and have struggled to find someone that is able to colour mine well, but Levi always manages to get the right colour every time. If there was ever a time Levi fell ill or wasn’t able to make my appointment he would call right away to reschedule a time with me and he has even worked overtime for me just to make sure I left the salon happy, he truely cares about his clients and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair! I also love the rest of the staff they are so helpful and friendly I love coming here and will continue to do so.
F.I love their friendly service and they always go the extra mile to make sure they deliver the best service. My hairdresser Helen always gives me a brilliant haircut! Thanks Helen and the rest of the Vivo Brooklyn team.
A.Had a really bad colour service here, one of the worst. Be careful who you pick to do highlights, try to look at their work if you can.
I did contact the vivo customer service and they were fantastic. They arranged for me to have my hair fixed at another location at no cost. Luckily the stylist there knew what he was doing and fixed it.
J.Love LOVE going here. Hair cut and color is always on point. Victoria is a talented lady. But also feel extremely welcomed by Megan and Levi as well. Has a good atmosphere. Super sweet bunch.
F.Scheduled an appointment the day before so was just put in to the only opening available, I was put with Imogene and she was amazing! She listened well and created exactly what I had in mind, I’m so so happy with the result. Would visit again!
A.Old review: Pretty awful cut for the amount I paid. They did however, switch out a product that made my allergies flare up free of charge.
Update: Just had a response from the customer service team - they've been fantastic and offered me a voucher for another cut. I think I may have just had bad luck.
