I had my eyebrows tattooed by Renata for 3yrs now. The last time was just for a touch up. She does incredible work and I can't fault her. She is so caring and explains everything to you so you know what to expect. I previously had my eyebrows done at two other places one in Australia and one in Wanganui. The first time Renata did mine it was to fix them from my previous one and I am so pleased with the outcome. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her work ...definately 5 stars from me.

I had my eyeliner refreshed at the “House of Beauty” Whanganui this afternoon. Although I had heard favourable comments about Renata’s work and manner - I was hesitant after reading the previous Google review, but decided to go ahead and check things out for myself. I was prepared to leave the premises without having the work done, if anything about the place or process concerned me. I’m pleased to say that I found Renata to be very professional, knowledgeable, skilled and pleasant to deal with. She was very conscientious and took the care and time needed to ensure my eye liner was expertly applied. She answered all my questions and although it’s early days, I’m happy with her work and will return in a few weeks to finalise things. She provided me with clear info about how to care for my lids in the meantime and told me not to hesitate to contact her should I need further info. Thanks for your work, Renata. Added : It’s some months since I left the above review but wanted to add info about my return visit which never occurred. The day before my second appt Renata rang to tell me her tattoo machine was broken and she needed to cancel my appointment.
