It was a long wait, as the staff were busy and moving between multiple customers. If you have the time, it’s worth it as they do a great job!

Great massage chair to help relax whilst having a pedi. Lots of colors to choose from. Friendly staff

I got French tips with a design on both ring fingers and the service was awesome. I let them know that we only had an hour to spare and the service was perfect, time and quality wise.I had a man do the ground work of the nails then a lady came to do the design and top coat, both were friendly and awesome at their job. Thank yous so much We usually go to the other nail Place by Smiggles but there’s been too many times that we’ve walked out very unsatisfied, late and with burnt or clipped skin. I’d recommend this place over the other one next to Smiggles

I was a walk in for SNS nails after not being happy with other local nail salons. Staff were so friendly and very accommodating as I had limited time and they did their best to get me out in record time. The colour selection is also the best for SNS and I was more than pleased with the results.

Awesome service I dont go to salons. I just went caus emy partner wanted to get her nails done. I got my feet cleaned and it was very nice. I had a massage chair. Soaked my feet in warm water while i waited. I got my toes cleaned and she srcrubed my feet. And got a massage. She brushed it and wiped my legs with a warm towel. She did some finishin touches and its juumssssttt perfect. Yesterday i went on a overnight hike. So getting that massage was just perfect. Awesome job you guys. My partner also loved their service! Will definitely get more done next time. Awesome experience

I couldn't recommend this place enough they are lovely people and they are kind and the environment is amazing. Definitely my go to nail salon.

I came to get my nails and waxing done for my wedding. The waxing itself I would rate 5 stars the lady did a great job and was relatively quick and not overly painful (some pain is expected with waxing). Pedicure I would rate 5 stars as well, the same lady who did the waxing did my pedicure and it came out really nice. She also was gentle with massaging of my feet and exfoliating the base of my feet. Manicure I would rate 1-2 stars. The end product looked tacky and unnatural shape. The nail colour is peeling relatively quickly and the stripe art came off within a day. The coat was also not taken right to the end so there is slight gap. The nails were also filed unevenly. I also found that throughout the whole process of waxing and getting manicure and pedicure I was seen by 3 different people which also gave for an inconsistent experience. I won’t be going to Lada nails again for manicure. I’m having to book in with someone else just to fix my manicure for the wedding. However, my experience with the waxing service and pedicure was more positive so have averaged the rating to 3 stars.

My mum went in to get her eyebrows shaped and henna. She left with uneven eyebrows, stray hairs and run away henna streaks but was too shy to say anything. We went back in today and let them know and they fixed all the issues free of charge. I was very happy with the outcome. My mum learnt two things today, say something if you do not like it and don't go to get your brows done without your kids ☺️ Thank you again for fixing her eyebrows and will definitely be back .

I went two weeks ago for a manicure and a pedicure. The cares were very good, they were hygienic and prompt in their service. However, I was checking my nails after my manicure and the lady completely missed the sides of my nails with the second coat and you can clearly see it. Also my daughter hot a manicure and her nail polish was coming off in half an hour. Not impressed.

I want to rate 5 stars for the amazing acrylic nails that I had done. However, the pedicure I got was subpar...the removal of dead skin on my feet didn't happen, maybe 10 seconds of rubbing per foot. That was really the only reason I got a pedicure, I could have painted my toenails at home. The pedicure gets 1 star, hence my 3 star rating overall.

All of the staff here are both skilled at their craft and talented. The boss's nail art crosses the line between really good work to true art. If you want to get quality work done, come here. I would not and will not go anywhere else for my nails.

I love Lada nails i will only go to them!! I had a bad experience with enchanted nails where my fingers were burning! They helped me get the nails off and then a few weeks later i go new ones!!! I am addicted!!!! They even do different designs that no one has which is awesome!! Love ya all i will be coming back soon don't you worry bahahah Thank you for your services and being so helpful!!
