l.If you are renting e-bikes while in Alexandra/Clyde, it MUST be with 219 e-bikes and Colin! His rates are fantastic, you won't find better in Otago and his service is above and beyond.
He drove the bikes behind us back to our accommodation so we could leave our car there, picked us up from the last spot on our journey - all at his own offer and without us asking! The bikes are fantastic, he has a great range of options. They certainly made our day quicker with good speed settings and carrier bags on the back to hold the wine we picked up. He also ensures you're comfortable on them and understand how they work before you leave as well.
10/10 you MUST use 219 e-bikes.

Bike came with panniers at no extra cost and Colin shuttles in the immediate area for free. Colin even threw in water bottles and loo paper too. L.Colin really did make our trip the best it could possibly have been. Right from the start with quick email replies and information about where to stay and maps. His e bikes are awesome, with big tyres to ease the bumps and very very comfortable seats. Never once over the 4 days did we feel like we had spent 4-5 hours on a bike. Once we had our bikes sorted Colin drove us over to Clyde to start the rail trail at the beginning, and 4 days later he was there waiting for us in Middlemarch. On the drive back to Clyde, Colin offered to stop at places so I could get a few extra photos, which I so appreciated. Anyone would be hard pressed to find a better service than what Colin offers for the rail trail. Thank you Colin, we are planning on coming back next year for another trail.
J.OMG, The fat boy e-bikes are so comfortable and easy to ride. If we had more time in Alexandra, we would have done some more riding. We would have no hesitation in highly recommending 219 E-Bikes. The owner was extremely helpful. John and Sandy Auckland.
L.Outstanding service. Colin was very helpful, spent quite a while setting us all up, including our 8-year old on his own bike, Then unexpectedly he took us, at no extra cost, 20km uphill to Ophir. Gave us pointers about our route back and offered to collect us at ay point if we had any troubles. The bikes were great, the wind at our back and the road perpetually downhill. An easy 3 hours, including a nice lunch stop at Chatto Creek Tavern. Thank you Colin
G.Highly recommend Colin, from booking to end he was so helpful and easy going and made our trip a blast, nothing was too much for him and he was flexible with pickup times and places along the rail trail (even more so important with an 8 year old in freezing conditions!). His bikes were all top quality and so easy to ride and for a great price along with the drop off /pickup service, dont go anywhere else for rail trail hire and adventures, thanks Colin!

J.Colin is the best. Though he is just getting started with his business of supporting cyclists on the Otago Rail Trail, he provides top notch service with well serviced e-bikes and regular bikes. We rented one e bike for my wife and a regular mountain bike for me. Both came with panniers, water for the ride and an extra e bike battery with charger. Colin ferried us 140 km to Middlemarch and provided us pointers and sights to see along the way. Colin tracked our progress on our three day journey and kept in touch via email. Because Colin is in the initial stage of setting up his business, he gives significant discounts and deeply undercuts the big boys on the block. Go with Colin and you won’t be disappointed.

l.The service from this company was unbelievable. Firstly his e-bikes are significantly cheaper that other companies. Secondly he is totally reliable and will sort out any issues - we hired 6 bike over 11 days and he had to make a few trips for a variety of reasons but Colin always sorted it. His patience was unbelievable. We had a wonderful cycle on both the Dunstan trail and the Otago Rail Trail.

찬구들끼리 자전거 4일빌렀는데. 자전거도 좋고 특히 주인아저씨 (콜린)이 엄청 친절하섰음.
중간에 자전거 고장나서 전화 했는데 아무런 네고 있어 바로 오셔서 바전거 고치고 다른거 주시고 날씨가 안좋으니깐 다음동네로 그냥 데려다 주심..
자전거도 특이하고 전화 메일일 등등 엄청 친절하게 대답해주섰음..
다른 큰 회사보다 더 저렴하고 아주 친절한 착한곳.별 10개 드립니다..
