I highly recommend this company, very professional service, I ordered parts on 4/9/20, i got a email invoice and a notice on 5/9/20 to say that if i had forgotten to put items in my shopping basket i could still add them as freight was already charged i added items on 6/9/20 and completed my order, the order was prepared on 7/9/20 and i recieved it on 8/9/20. Now thats 5 star service. Alex to CHCH in one day.

Amazing customer service here! I needed a part for my old 2003 manitou black fork. I emailed Dougal from Canada and he was very fast at responding. Helped me find the right part and even helped with installation questions.
