Booked my bike in for a service at 3 Sixty Sports before Xmas. Outstanding experience from the start, booked online with regular text reminders prior and updates during the service. The team were fantastic and super knowledgeable ensuring the items that needed addressing were worked on including a setup changes to cockpit and shock pressures to suit my riding style. The bike runs like a dream now, thank you 3SixtySports (now my preferred bike shop in Auckland).

Great and personal experience from first contact to final delivery, of both products and mechanical workmanship. Having your own personal contact to discuss needs, a million miles away from the large churn stores, just cashing your hard earns and desperate to get you out the door. The wheel build and new components application, with expert knowledge is outstanding and exactly what’s makes these guys special. My bike feels different level now. Outstanding.

I had the team at 3Sixty complete a very extensive service on my Trek Slash, and it came back running better (and cleaner) than ever. This was certainly a refreshing change from the experiences I have had with other large/chain bike shops who seemingly created problems rather than fixing them. All servicing, including the suspension service/rebuild was completed in house and within two days' of dropping it off to them. Even with the parts shortage at the moment they were able to source and fit everything that was required, which was a feat on its own. Overall, it's fair to say it was a great experiences and they've got another return customer!

Dealing with 3Sixty Sports was easy from start to finish. When I rang to see if they could service my bike, I was thrilled to get a slot immediately. I dropped it off with the mechanic, and it was ready 90 minutes later! Although my bike is nothing special, it’s special to me - and I felt like 3Sixty Sports took really good care of that. Their COVID protocols are good, and their pricing was great. The Manager even walked my bike out and put in on the car rack for me! I was really impressed with their whole set up - and their booking system is great too. I’ve found my new bike shop. Thanks 3Sixty Sports!

Excellent service! I called at short notice to have a set of forks serviced prior to heading away for a ride. The 3Sixty Sports team had my forks back to me in well under 24 hrs, and they work as new again. I’ll definitely be taking my bikes back to 3Sixty!

I found the team at 3Sixty Sports very accommodating and helpful. I was driving past with my bike in the car needing it serviced. Their next available slot was 4 days away but they accepted my bike and actually completed a very good service the next day. Thanks alot 3Sixty Sports and I will be using you again.

Have been a customer of 3sixty for many years now, and always been well looked after by Bruce and his team. Excellent service, great communication and job was done quickly and at the quoted price. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Plenty of stock in store, so no hold ups with parts as well!

The absolute nr 1 bicycle shop in Nz. I walked in there with a problem torpedo 7 and evo cycles (the giant agents) couldn't help me with. Pit crew bike shop also said sorry can't help you. I came to 3sixty sports with little hope in my hart for a solution to my problem. As I walked in they make you feel absolutely welcome in the little store. But don't let the size fool you it is stocked with top of the range bike parts better than any other bike shop. The guy gave me 3 solutions to the issue I'm facing and we had a discussion on what the best might be. After we came to a conclusion I left my rear wheel at the bike shop 3pm Wednesday afternoon and I got a text 11 am Thursday morning that the wheel is ready for pickup. In that time they changed the howl rear hub during their busy chedule building custm bikes. This bike shop has the best customer service I've ever got in NZ and the knowledge of these guys is some the best. No other bike shop will see me again.

I have had consistently fantastic service from these guys, including high quality components, sound advice and a very cool Banshee Prime build which has been awesome to ride. Love their gloworm lights - they’ve been bulletproof and great quality for fast and technical night rides. The team are always extremely responsive and their advice has been on the money.

Have dealt with 3 Sixty Sports many times over the years. Top products and great service always. They put together a bike build for me which has held up to what I needed and have been swift with follow up service too. Highly recommend

Great work with shocks and seat post. Derailleur tensioning cable screw was not tightened properly and came undone within 30min. Rear wheel hub bearings need to be replaced, would have been good if that was checked during the maintenance. Otherwise great job and good service. Thanks

I bought some new brakes from 360, no problem at all getting stock, got them to me really quickly and at an awesome price! Very stoked with the customer service and will definitely buy from Bruce again!

Bike feels good as new and the turn around was super fast and surprisingly cheap considering the condition I brought it into the shop. Best service I’ve had in Auckland!
