Very prompt service :-) and young lady who served me understood my concern re the rusty forks on both bikes. However not so happy with the suggestion it had happened because I keep a cover over the bikes when they are in transit on the rear of my caravan. This is happening on bikes that are less than a year old and I hope to have this resolved after the forks have been returned to the importer.

Absolutely awesome service from the boys down back. Eugene was a top bloke, repaired my tire and helped adjust the gears at no extra cost, and helpful with other info when questioned. Very knowledgeable guys and super quick at what they do. Steve was also very helpful. Glad to be a club member. Cheers guys.

Awesome customer service by Eugene. Seems like bikes are his area of expertise and fits in his role perfectly. He recommended a very good bike for our daughter and was very warm and kind while showing her the bike. Keep up your great work, much appreciated.

Excellent service, very informative, listened really well to our requirements. Really patient and made us feel valued. Great collection of bikes. Kept us informed about the arrival of our bikes and ramps. We had previously been to 4 other bikes stores and the sales people at 3 did not give a toss and were useless had no apparent knowledge, very frustrating. The fourth was very knowledgeable and helpful but just did not feel there was a depth of experience that I felt confident he knew what he was talking about. And the more mature person on site did not come over to back him up. I mean seriously it is alot of money you are investing its not a packet of biscuits. 99 bikes have bike engineers on the floor that know everything about the bikes and you also can go to their maintenance night class to be even more informed after you have purchased your bike . Really excited and happy totally recommend. We had Bike engineer Eugene assisting us. Thank you

Great first bike, click and collect was much appreciated during lockdown so our son could have some entertainment while stuck at home. Looking forward to more rides and would recommend 99 bikes to get your next bike. Wouldn't mine a bmx for myself this is a pretty cool ride.

We bought a Pixel pink girls bike for my daughter on her birthday. Tanya helped a lot and she responded very quickly to our query. Tanya organized delivery so quickly, even in pandemic lockdown and it arrived 1 day before my daughter birthday... As Tanya promised. Thank you Tanya you made my daughter birthday extra special. Such a great experience 10/10 ☺☺☺☺☺

Had such a great experience in store. 10/10 would recommend Daniel he was so helpful and easy to talk to. Very knowledgeable about anything bike related and awesome to chat to. Will definitely come back if we need anything more bike related.

Bought a bike from 99bikes in Manukau on Waitangi Day, best decision I've made. Shout out to Henry the rep who suggested a good bike for me (even though I was eyeing a different much cheaper bike). I also had to buy a bike tow bar and Stephen helped me put it on my car and showed me how to tie the bike done SECURELY. PS; join Club 99 for only $5 and you get to be a member for life (buying heavily discounted products)

What fabulous staff you have. First at Mt Roskill where I was helped to decide what to buy. When not in stock, enquiries showed a single item at the Manukau branch, which a phone call put on reserve for me. At Manukau a quick and helpful look at an additional issue was resolved and the whole combined purchase made. Many thanks to both branches and their staff.

We've only been a couple of times but each time we've been incredibly impressed with the knowledge and advice and help that we've recieved. Eugene sorted us out, but a little hiccup was worked out with another staff member (I don't know his name). Other staff members I overheard while waiting for the bike to be finished off were equally on top of their game. I also needed to call the 99 Bikes contact number before we came to the store and the person on the phone was excellent! All in all, a 10/10 service.

It has for the past 15 years been my go to place to buy a New bike, and also my go to place to take my bike in for a service and for any repairs to my bike that need doing and my bike was due in Yesterday for a free tune up and service and I just picked it up this morning and I'm very proud of their wonderful efforts to service my bike Yesterday and I am also very grateful to acknowledge how successful it was and to know that my bike runs perfectly smoothly for when I bike 18km Tuesday and Friday and going by train from Homai to Papakura and how amazingly well my ride is for 6km from Papakura down to Drury and 2 more km out of Drury Township to my job at the Taaza Green Capsicum orchard. And it was pleasing to hear that they still had my old with the big solid D lock still on it and now my New current bike now has the D lock and I am also glad that I could get some lights fitted onto my New bike for that in Tuesdays and Fridays when I start work at 8am and don't finish until 4:30pm it was recommended by my support worker that for when I'm biking up from Drury up to Papakura and from Homai to Wiri/Manukau for as it gets very late in day and as it gets dark, I have lights on my bike to be seen and to have good visibility which therefore I am safe. I costed me $85 to have them put on, but it was totally worth it.

I had been looking for a bike for some time. Looking at Bike 99 I initially found the help there, unable to guide me as to what bike would meet what I was looking for. Later after having spent much time across the road; being fully informed, i then came back to Bike 99 with better knowledge was I able to purchase a bike. Unfortunately the bike I wanted had not yet been made up. After ordering a bike and coming back on the day I had been told that it would be made up, I then returned to find that it had been missed and not made up ready to go. I returned once more to collect the bike and the guy was unable to find my account/order. I didn't think too much of it until today when I had my bike serviced for the 6wk check and the guy that checked the bike was unable to find my name on the system, not attached to my phone no. So now I wonder if perhaps there needs to be a upgrade of the system or perhaps some staff aren't completing all documentation? all the staff have been very friendly and helpful each time. thanks so much and really appreciated the 6wk service as I had noticed a quiet rubbing noise as soon as I started riding. I've not riden it today as it's been wet but grateful that it has been looked at. thanks again Carolyn

Went down today ask them about a few things about my new bikes I brought because they didn’t seem right they were so great there had a look and fixed the issues and answer any questions I had definitely go back there any time I need bike stuff or advice

Paid a significant amount of money for an ebike, hired a van to pick it up, got it home and it didn't work. Called the store and they had no idea how to remedy the issue, said they would call back and didn't. We called them back again and they have now remedied the issue and fixed the bike. Very good outcome.

We had an excellent experience at 99 Bikes Manukau a few months ago. We went in to buy a new bike and Henry absolutely went out of his way to help us. Super friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and professional. We will make the trip out to Manukau every time we need something bike related from now on. Even though I visited the store only half an hour before closing, the staff were very attentive and helpful - bringing a range of options to me to examine and make the perfect choice. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The atmosphere in the shop was jovial and you could see that the staff were really interested and enjoyed the work that they were doing. I’d definitely recommend the shop and will be visiting again soon.

Wow! When I first went to 99 bikes I expected grades to have shifted slightly from it’s previous ownership (bike barn) but I was met with excellent service from the 99 bike team and Tim who was willing to answer any questions had about my bike and the policy. The service is also quick, I was able to buy my bike in 10 minutes! This is the go to quality shop for bike enthusiasts everywhere

I bought my Merida carbon bike at 99bikes two weeks ago and it was a very good shopping experience. Mark was very friendly and accommodating on the available upgrades to the bike. I was given free advices and even freebies. I will definitely shop again with them.

Got a puncture fixed that was a reoccurring problem and info on the specks on cycle tyres I did not know.

Really friendly staff who provide prompt service and knowledgeable mechanics.

The process is easy .Stuck in traffic I phoned and made a service booking, promptly confirmed via email .Bike dropped in and received an email and account when completed . Couldn't have been easier . Great range of well priced bikes and accessories backed by friendly, helpful staff. Had used the store for many years under the previous Bike Barn ownership and was pleased to see their good standards being maintained under the new branding.

Staff could not have been more helpful in repairing flat tyre. Much better layout with more space than under previous management. Now I won''t hesitate to come back.

Went in to ask questions and find out more information for my partner whom was looking to EVENTUALLY buy himself a bike..😂.. And he did.. In all Honesty we didn't purchase our Daughters bike from this company but have to say Their service department simply wow Georgia was outstanding they honoured bike barns service plan for Zarahs Bike and I was impressed with Marks Technical team wayne,Daniel their technical Knowledge and skills as wayne had finished with zarahs bike but I just wanted to watch mark tackle complex derailer adjustments on a Marin he had it at pin point alignment the Degrees was perfect as he did the stand adjustments too.it was near balanced off the stand aswell Daniel was performing alignment on brakes these Guyz do it all get it sorted get it done Right zarah was so happy thank's 99 Bikes as the wife now needs a bike we will give Business to this company.
