I serviced RockShox Revelation Solo Air fork and Fox shock on my 2015 GT Sensor Expert bike. Bruno made me the complete rebuild of both fork and rear shock. Amazing! Just the exemplary for any other business. The most exciting part was timing. I dropped my bike on Monday evening and got it back ready on Wednesday afternoon. Pricing was super clear from the very beginning, with no hidden payments, straight and fair. The quality of the work was exceptional; my 2015 GT shines like new. Before starting the rebuild, Bruno asked me if I needed any tuning of my rear shock. It was a clear sign of a high level of professionalism and passion for the business. It is rare to have a business owner who kept love and kept running the operations himself. The result is shining excellence and exemplary timing and quality. I strongly recommend Cyclexpress without reservations.

I live in the uk and have been struggling for months to find a dogbone kit for my gt sanction someone suggested to try out cxp racing (cycle express) and well im glad i did instead of the normal bushings they guys over there make them there selfs with bearings instead which are aload better will 100% be using you again and great shipping prices and quick too thanks to bruno and his shop honeslty over the moon thanks guys they even threw in a handy beer spanner and some stickers to put on my bike bike feels brand new now and will enjoy many more rides once again thank you guys

Always a pleasure to catch up with cycle express. They do it all and have the parts and know how to back it up. Ordered some suspension parts for me to service my own bike in the morning and boom came in that day from the suppliers. Service is just so good I was not expecting my parts so quick, but now I have everything to service my forks, got air shaft, seals and Judy butter. Even had fork tokens and crush washers to round the complete service out. Thanks Cycle Express you rock...

Howicks best keep secret! Always a pleasure to pop in to see Bruno and Dan. Hard to find a retailer of this caliper in the age of Covid-19. Great coffee too especially first in the morning and there's always some snacks to nibble on. Try not to park on the grass out front as is very soft and you could get stuck! Amazing shop Bruno has a great attention to detail and knowledge.

The staff are very helpful. They diagnosed the problems with my bike and then fixed them successfully. Good communication throughout the whole process about cost and time required to fix etc.

Dealt with them on numerous occasions. No job too large or small and each is given the same level of attention and completed professionally. Extremely easy to deal with and a bonus having such dependable bike servicing locally.

Great guy, excellent attention to detail. He can Design and machine custom components for your bikes as well. Also great coffee. If you aren't working with Bruno youryo letting yourself down.

I recently moved into Howick, did a search for a local bike shop and Cycle Express popped up. Communicated via Facebook, dropped off an old 26" wheel, the bearings were making a very bad noise. The team at Cycleexpress sorted it out, very easy great shop! thanks so much the wheel is running mint now :) Highly recommended!!!
