Took my bike in to have a new wheelset fitted and tubulars glued on. They did an excellent job, quick turnaround. Nice to have a great LBS again!

Another great service from CYCO, this time my MTB. A little extra touch that the other shops don't do was a shock setup when I came in to collect. Just a quick, "hey whats your body weight" and adjusted it there and then.

Recently had my bike serviced at Cyco Bike Shop. Drop-off and pick-up was easy and the staff were friendly. The service was great value and the bike ran smoothly afterwards.

Booked the platinum service, dropped bike off first thing and picked it up in the arvo. First ride felt so smooth, almost like new. Great team, great service, highly recommend.

Great bunch at the shop - really nice people- wide range of product - always willing to help - bunch rides are great - 7am every Saturday - 7:10am from New Market - Proper Local Bike Store with none of the BS

CYCO is an awesome bike shop. They are always open for advice and just to chat, not to mention they have some incredible bikes that's followed up with great service.

I guess the best way to describe Cyco, is that I am always happy to need something fixed. Champ, Logan and the team will always do that extra thing to solve any cycling related problem.

My bike hasn't run smoothly since I bought it 7 months ago, despite services from the original shop I purchased it from (Not CYCO). I booked in for a service at CYCO and when I got my bike back I was blown away as how smooth it runs now. Every gear now works, it never skips gears anymore and it just feels so much better and trustworthy. I was also going to spend more than double what they charged me because I was so desperate for my bike to run properly and one of the mechanics said I didn't need to spend that much to get what I needed. Overall great service and great results, will be getting my bike serviced here regularly.

Booked for a bike fit using their online booking system. Really easy and then so impressed with knowledge and helpfulness at the fit today. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy, service or fit a bike based on my experience today. :)

If you care about your bike, perhaps even obsess over it, I'm told CYCO is where you take it to be cared for. My road bike was tired and needed a good overall check-up so I got the Gold service. Wasn't sure I'd notice a lot of difference but it's amazing - like having a new bike. A totally smooth and quiet pleasure to ride - everything works noticeably better. Thank you.

Great bike shop. Have worked with them for two years now on my converted electric road bike. They keep the customer informed, know their systems, and the junior staff are really knowledgeable. Owner is very hands on and enjoys his work. They always listen to customer wants, needs, and demands to help you make the best decision for you (and not so they make the most money off of you). Will definitely miss working with this shop as I'm moving overseas.

Had a Precision Bike Fit with Logan and couldn't be happier. I now feel more stable, comfortable and faster on the bike. These guys are professional and know what they're talking about. Logan was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this process and the whole team. Thanks guys.

Excellent service. Not overly expensive and better than going to a cheap place that doesn’t actually service or fix your bike. Lovely people... gave me bike boxes for free when I went overseas and are very efficient (and actually explain to you what you have been charged for if you ask). Would highly recommend. Thanks for the coffee, the cakes and the boxes!!

Any bike store can sell you stuff that looks flash. However, it takes a great one to provide you the tools and advice you actually need. Nationally competitive cyclists themselves, you know that the advice and service you are getting works on the road, not just in theory. I would thoroughly recommend them

Had a service booked during COVID restrictions and the contactless pick up/drop off was faultless. Also very happy with the fast turn around time and friendly service. Bike seems to ride really well after the service.

Super service. I booked immediately after NZ moved to lockdown 2. They were prompt with fixing two troublesome areas on my much loved bike. I would go back to them in a heartbeat.

Exceptional service from an equally exceptional young man. Logan explained and performed saddle-fitting professionally and attentively, with a far better outcome than I had anticipated. I will be a returning customer, that is for sure!

I have found the team at Cyco really have an in depth knowledge of all the products they offer. The mechanical work done on my road and mountain bikes is the best I have found in Auckland.
