G.We were looking for a high quality, yet realistically priced, folding electric bike. After extensive research I came across Dragoon. A relatively young and small company but just fantastic service. They arranged a test ride for us (highly recommended) and was presently surprised how solid the bike-build was and so enjoyable the ride. Being folding meant we could chuck it in the back of even a small car ! (personally I think this is a better buy than any scooter). After buying we accidentally damaged a component which they immediately repaired at an insignificant cost. It was also comforting to know the owner/engineer of Dragoon Bikes was involved in the background too. I work for a high profile retail company and recognise superior customer service when I see it.
