Eric and Chuck have great knowledge and are a friendly and enthusiastic team. Can't say more than has already been said in the other reviews. They get the work done quick and efficiently and know which jobs they can fit in and what will take a little longer. Support local, gets you better support and top notch bike mechanic work.

Exactly what a bike repair shop should be. Knowledgable, capable staff giving great unbiased advice and super service. Eric and Chuck have worked on both my road bike and MTB and I've had great results with both. Highly recommended.

Hesitate to post such good review in case shop gets busier, but highly recommend this little shop tucked away in Northcote. Mechanic Eric really knows his stuff with MTBs and I've had nothing but excellent experiences with him here and at his previous shop. Has small amount of quality stock to buy in store. Bosch eMTB service accreditation coming soon too. Friendly, communicative, pragmatic and knowledgeable - this shop is a huge asset to Northcote's biking community

Good to find a friendly team of experts to speak directly too. Much better than the big-shop experience found else where which is too impersonal. If I have a dollar to spend on maintaining my bike rather spend it here :)

Absolutely 5/5!! I took my daughter's scooter in to be fixed, as it was making a very rattly noise. Ten minutes later I left with a completely fixed non-noisy scooter, knowing that my daughter will be very happy! They didn't even charge me. I feel very fortunate to have come across the guys at EC Cycles! I can now forget the “standard 2-3 week wait” for service at the chain stores and get quick, friendly, and very reasonably priced service locally in Northcote. Thanks and I’ll be back with the next bike soon!

Fixed my puncture in 20 min when I was going to have to wait over a week elsewhere to get in - very useful as a commuter cyclist. Gave me some bike advice too. Will be using them in future to keep my bike up to date.
