My first ever purchase of an electric bike! The staff were friendly and helpful and talked me through, what I needed to do, when I took a Black bike out for a trial run. I was sold on it! Does everything I want out of a bike. Electric is the way to go.............. So much to see and explore around Auckland. Thanx guys, will be back for my 6 week service........

What a comprehensive range of e-bikes! Even more exciting is the impeccable after-sales service. I was given as much time as I wanted to um & ahh over the kitting out of my chosen bike. Plus a free coffee at a neighbouring cafe. I really appreciated the free info and advice Axel gave me. My 'Black' e-bike is definitely a game-changer when it comes to getting around Auckland. Thrilled. Thank you.

Great shop with a good selection of affordable e-bikes. The staff was very friendly and gave good advice. My bike was ready to be collected in only a few days. The bike itself is great, should have made the transition to e-biking sooner, it's a great and easy way to get around.

I’ve been super impressed with the service I’ve received from Axel and the team at the Victoria Park store. From being super flexible with a test ride to placing an order for a potential purchase, that turned it to a purchase and I’m super happy with the Black Trail bike!

Had to make all the arrangements on line during lockdown and Axel was extremely helpful. Turned out some of the accessories we ordered weren't compatible with the bikes we bought and that was all sorted out with no dramas before delivery. Great communication about care and servicing. A wonderful store, with incredibly helpful service! About a month ago, during the Alert 3 lockdown, I purchased a Black City e-bike from Auckland City Electrify NZ, and it was delivered to my home. It's a fabulous bike, in top-notch condition, and all my questions were answered by the friendly staff. When I had to face the issue of a tyre puncture - I'm a novice with regards to such mechanical essentials - again the guys at the store went out of their way to provide advice and a tube replacement. In embarking upon this e-bike journey, it's very reassuring to know that such excellent service is available, providing friendly support and expert maintenance.

I purchased a BLACK cruiser e-bike from Electrify. The bike is super comfortable, well powered, easy to use. Electrify offers great service and they are really friendly and easy to deal with. Would highly recommend.

I love the Black ATB I bought from Electrify Nz Auckland in July. I tried several other ebikes but nothing was as straightforward to use but also powerful. The service has also been great- I have contacted the shop with a couple of queries since making my purchase, which they have helped me solve. When I go for rides with my partner, who uses a different make and model of ebike, mine has a better range an gets me up the hills faster and over different terrain more easily. I’m due to take the bike back for its first service (included in the purchase) when we get out of lockdown and look forward to getting good use of my new bike as we head into summer and in the coming years. I thoroughly recommend the bikes and the service at Electrify NZ.

I purchased a HaiBike AllMtn3.0 bike and as this is my first e bike ,it is too early to provide any meaningful feedback on this product......watch this space!

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a bike from here. Like many purchases this can be a long winded affair and involved visiting many different retailers. The service I received from Axel was excellent, he answered any questions in a knowledgable way and clearly knew his product, from the bike itself to accessories I required. Axel did some research for me regarding accessories, replied to my emails in a timely manner. During my deliberation he introduced other team members and pulled on their experiences which was refreshing to see. Those at the Victoria Park branch in my opinion clearly worked as team, I can't comment PB the other branches as I didn't visit them. I highly commend Axel and the team here. If you are in the market for an E-Bike and or accessories, pay these guys a visit. Well and all the best!!

Great service and location. Ample street parking nearby. Enjoyed the test ride up the new cycle path. The server was really helpful and friendly in explaining the use of electric bikes for a first timer.

I’ve preordered a bike with Electrify and even when there were delays at the Auckland port (COVID times!) they kept updating me and called me as soon as the bike was ready. When I arrived at the shop, the bike was fully prepared and I received instructions and a small gift and could hop on to the bike and ride home happily. My further questions via email were also answered promptly. The team is really knowledgeable and I will also be servicing the bike with them for sure (they have a subscription plan). Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Electrify, they have been extremely helpful throughout the time I have had bikes from them. Recently, my bike was damaged, and Axel and the team went above and beyond to organise a replacement that would work for me. I really appreciate their honesty, flexibility, and responsiveness, and will continue to be a loyal customer!

Outstanding customer service! Went the extra distance to do an urgent repair on my E-bike where other stores wanted to charge me extra to be moved up the queue :/ My recent service was booked but they phoned when a spot became available sooner which was great. My bike is now running like new. Staff are all very knowledgeable and patient, store is conveniently located with a full range of bikes and accessories. Thanks Electrify!

With the purchase of my first E-bike, I received outstanding professional service from the first step inside the shop with friendly, helpful customer service to timely communication and delivery. I can absolutely recommend the current Auckland Team to anyone wanting to buy an E-bike or receive first class service.

I'm relatively new to maintaining my own bikes and I've been in a few times lately for small maintenance issues that I couldn't fix myself. The guys here have been very helpful, explaining exactly what the likely causes of the issue are and how to fix it. When I needed new parts they explained the different options and recommended something that actually suits what I need. I would definitely recommend them for maintenance and advice.

Outstanding service, my e-bike has changed my life. Clocked up 1000km’s in 4 months commuting. Servicing and follow up has been excellent - Axel makes everything easy and nothing is a problem. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Excellent service! I was interested in an E-Bike and the staff let me take one for a 24 hr test ride. It's a small little store, they only sell quality products. The staff took their time to help me learn about the bike I brought, lots of support and helpful information. I was nervous about the initial upfront cost of an E-Bike but the staff made me feel confident about my purchase and that they are there if anything goes wrong... would absolutely recommend

From explaining everything there is to know abut E-bikes to setting one up for you to try, and finally buying one, the hole process was a great experience. Friendly and enthusiastic people very knowledgeable and happy to answer all your questions. If you are in the market for an E-Bike, pay them a visit, these guys know their stuff !

I purchased my original Magnum Peak from Electrify earlier this year. It was unfortunately stolen from my workplace. The guys at Electrify were brilliant, confirmed the serial number of the bike, alerted their other stores in case it was spotted. They then provided a quote for insurance and then went above and beyond to secure me an ex demo model that was for sale in Hamilton. Can't fault their service and really appreciate all the help they gave me. Quality bikes and quality service Thanks Electrify!!

I am a return cyclist after 20 years and I was looking to buy an EBike and the service from Electrify NZ Victoria Park, Auckland was exceptional. The staff were extremely patient and took a lot of time to talk through my options, what specials they had on, and also what other accessories (such as bike lock, paniers, etc) they had available. They fully explained the purchase process and when I returned to collect by bike, they again spent time running through all the information and the specifics of the bike. The follow up post purchase has also been great. An exceptional experience and I can't recommend them enough.

Michael and Axel were both incredibly helpful and patient with me. I really appreciated Axel's breadth of knowledge in all things bike (both push and electric). I feel very confident with my purchase and have even been complimented by strangers on my awesome bike while cycling along Auckland's pink bike path. Bought two bikes here. Had to wait three weeks for one due colour requested. Excellent service, very efficient friendly staff, everything happened on time as stated. Great communication throughout.

Really friendly and helpful crew. Got a great deal on an ex-demo bike, and when we had an issue with the battery mount more than a year later they sorted it for us free of charge. Magnum bikes are incredibly solid, and very friendly for newbie e-cyclists.

Electrify lent me a bike to try out and answered all my questions, no pressure. When I purchased the bike, they had it all ready and quickly fitted an extra lock while I was there. They were knowledgeable and helpful, and their products were good quality.

I went to them to purchase my ebike because of all the positive feedbacks on the google map, but I had a very disappointing experience. I bought my bike maybe around 8 weeks ago when they had a sale on boulevard. I had a bike accident about 3 weeks ago (5 weeks after purchasing the bike) because the brake was not working properly. I took the bike back to be fixed. When my partner went to pick it up, he almost had another accident because the bolt attaching the head tube to the handlebars was not tightened properly. When I message the staff to file my complain, the response I get is "I performed a complete bolt check of your bike before it left the shop. It may have been a part that has been damage internally which might have come lose during the ride." I am not familiar with bike parts, and that's why I brought it back to the store to be fixed. If they can't find the problem after having the bike for over a week, I don't think it is fair that I am testing the bike with my safety. I am very surprised that how my experience was totally different from the other reviewers as I felt the staff is careless and does not appear to care about after sale services. Not happy at all. Update on 26/4/19 After posting the original comment, Mike, the founder of Electrify NZ, has contacted me offering a refund of the labour charge, and did another full inspection of the bike. Mike has addressed the complaint with both the manager and store member concerned. The manager has now put in place a process where every single bike will be checked and signed off by a second person to ensure there is no repeat. It is to hear that they have implemented procedures to address my concern.

Electrify have gone above and beyond for me. I bought an electric bike from them which came with a warranty, and when something went wrong with claiming a battery fault on it, Electrify stepped up and took the hit themselves so I wouldn’t be left in the lurch. They know their stuff and offer a friendly and professional experience. There might be cheaper bikes out there but you can trust Electrify; the bikes they sell are robust and have a user friendly design.

I first visited the Auckland store on the Queens birthday holiday. I spoke to both Michael and James who are the business owners. They both had tremendous knowledge and were very very reassuring and effective at tuning in to my needs. I went for a test ride on a Gepida Alboin and was impressed by the fluidity of the Bosch/Shimano Deore system. I purchased the bike on the spot and was told to expect delivery in two weeks. It arrived three days later and I have just picked it up from Store Manager Daimen. He made sure I understood all the workings and tailored the bike to my specific requirements by making a few minor adjustments. Well done to all of you. Your customer service quality is very much appreciated.

About 4 weeks ago I purchased Magnum Mi5. EBIKES was a completely new area for me and I needed a lot of information before I invested in one. I visited quite a few retailers and had conversations with them. However, the professionalism and product knowledge that Michael had was just fantastic. There was no pushy sales pitch at any point. The most helpful part was allowing me to keep the demo bike for a couple days so I could ride it in to work and back - so I knew if I bought one - exactly what I would get out of it. Have to say, this is one of the best purchases I have made in a long time and having someone like Michael guiding me was absolutely fantastic.

My experience with dealing with electrify has been nothing short of great. Early in the year I went in to organise a test ride of an e-bike. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. No upselling or pushy overkill of info, they identified an e-bike that suited mine and my whanau's needs. Had it overnight and was sold on the power and efficiency of the Magnum Metro. Got up and down College Hill without trouble. After purchasing the Magnum Metro, the servicing has been easy to organise, and store manager Daimen and his team went above an beyond the call of duty to ensure things were operating great on the bike. They even replaced a light with no questions asked (as the original was faulty). Yes the initial cost of the products are high, but you truly get value for money, not only with their products but their customer care too. Hope more people choose to go electric through Electrify.

I have tried quite a few ebikes because I am from the UK and my own bike didnt have enough gears or strong enough brakes for the geography here. We are social cyclists and are not unfit but Auckland is physically very tough to cycle around on a normal road bike! My partner and her best friend have ebikes and I have been using one for a few months. They are a brilliant way to get around Auckland. Anyway, a work colleague who has just bought a bike from them told me about ElectrifyNZ. Well I visited last weekend and have today taken delivery of my Magnum. This is a well-made bike! Their service has been excellent, and the price for the bike was very competitive. Go and visit them and have a (free) test ride. Once you've had a ride, you will want one!

These guys are amazing, the best bikes and at a great price (My Peak is usually the fastest on the trail) Wonderful follow up service, I've popped in with minor issues they have fixed on the run at no charge, just had a 4000km service and shes humming like a newbie! go here, trial a bike - your wont be disappointed

From the day I entered your shop I have had nothing but great service. Both my friend and I spoke with Axel who gave us awesome service. He was so patient dealing with two nannies, answered all our questions and helped us pick the right bikes. I never felt he was pushing us to buy the most expensive bike only to purchase the bike that best suited us. Thank you Axel you deserve 5 stars for dealing with us lol!!!! Great customer Service. I've been looking at buying an ebike for a while been to bike barn & torpedo 7, and learnt nothing about ebikes. I had done some googling at came across the magnum peak commuter bike which has great reviews. Found my local electrify store and popped down. Now being able to actual to take a bike out of the store is an amazing thing to do. I had a 30 min play around the area on the bike and was really impressed. The sales guy suggested to me that I come back and borrow the bike for longer and try my commute. So did a bit more googling and decided I wanted to give the sportier version of the bike a go and booked in to try the bike for a couple of hours. Brought the bike back after doing 30k on it, and had a good conversation with the guys in the store about it, and the options I good change on the bike.. No pushy sales talk at all - brilliant! Going to be purchasing a bike from them in a few weeks, don't wast you time with bike barn or torpedo 7 if your looking for a ebike!

Electrify were great at helping me find my new ebike. They leant me a bike to ride home overnight and were more than happy to answer my numerous questions. They have a great range accessories which are all really great quality.

After extensive research on different brands of E bikes under $3000.00 we bought 2 Magnums ui6 .Quality robust construction with tons of grunt. Fell off my bike and did a bit of damage to myself and my e bike. Took it into Victoria Market and these guys dealt with it straight away. Fixed everything up and 20 minutes later I was on my way. Great service and friendly staff a pleasure to deal with these guys and it only cost me $15 to fix the light...

These guys are fantastic. Came in knowing nothing, they explained the difference of motors, how to use and set up the bikes etc. You feel safe knowing that once spending $2k+ on a bike you're able to go back for servicing and repairs, they aren't some pop up dealer on trademe making a quick buck.

Great Services , I just have maintenace to my bike, everyday my bike is in the ferry from Waiheke to Auckland, which it creates problems with corrosion. Daimen at Electrify Auckland here in Victoria Park was amazing with.. he repair my bike Disc Rotor, the speed Shifter ... my brake pads ... in Waiheke you need it ... because Waiheke is a hill tow ... my brake rear was almost gone ... he explained to me with details what was my bike situation and repair it so professional ... Daimen is cool .. great service

I have to say, i was abit skeptical about purchasing an ebike, i own 2 push bikes & the thought of buying (wasting) good bux on an ebike......?Was really good having a friend who was also interested......poor Axel, probably thought oh no, what do we have here......I can't say enough about him, sooooo very helpful, professional & knew his stuff, most important though was his patience. Having 2 nannies ask him 100 questions & he answered every one of them!! My friend & I picked up our bikes 25/02/19 just love 'em!!! Thanks so much Axel!!
