T.Had a very good experience riding bikes from these guys. They were very helpful. Gave us a nice mat. Gave us several suggestions for various rides around the city. The bicycles were in good condition. Easy to operate. New. A very good value for the money spent. We got to see a lot of Auckland, in a very short period of time. And see it on the bicycle. Very nice.
H.Great experience hiring two bikes. The two moutain bikes were just like new with 3x9 so good for rolling Acukland and the customer service excellent.
A "HireBikes" sign up front would be great as it is not that easy to find the shop.

B.One of our bikes had a broken rear derailleur so was stuck in lower gear, plus a slow leak on rear tyre, so ended up with it totally flat once we were a good 20 mins away. They were very apologetic and refunded whole cost so happy to give them a decent rating and try again another day...

Great location if you want to ride the cycle lane to mission bay etc.
My only complaint is that the seats on the adult bikes were hard and thin which made sitting uncomfortable after 2-3 hours
E.The gentleman that helped my family and me with our bicycle hire was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Also, the price was extremely reasonable, and included locks and helmets. Auckland is a very bikeable city, leave the car, and hire bikes from here to get around.

A.Great prices if you want to tour the city by bike. We enjoyed a nice bike ride up to Mission bay. The bikes are great and you get a safety helmet with your rental.

K.Good quality bikes with reasonal rate. They have several type of bike from city to mountain or even scooter. One suggestion is you should check throughoutly the bike before taking it.
