Amazing service! Booked in for a simple sealant and suspension top-up, received a call shortly after to say my front brakes were shot and need replacing. I said I couldn't afford it right now but they phoned back and offered to replace them free of charge so that I my bike is safe out on the road. Really appreciate it team, I'll see you for an upgrade soon!

Great service from MEC. I had what turned out to be an issue with the battery on my Levo HT that was tricky to diagnose but Rob stuck at it and got it all sorted under warranty so I am back riding. Thanks Rob and MEC

I've always had great service from the team at MEC Mt Eden. They even arranged for a warranty job to be done on a Specialized bike I own even though I was not the original owner. Workshop service is good and reasonably prompt with good communication. Good range of bikes and accessories usually, maybe a little compromised in these 2020 pandemic times but what bike shop in the world isn't.
