V.The bike mechanic, John, is an absolute champion. I recently bought a 2nd hand bike to get into cycling and it had several issues with it. I took it into the bike shop and the customer service from the repair shop team was exceptional. Would definitely recommend this repair shop!!!!
A.The store is best if you want to buy bikes or related stuffs. Other than that they don't have much stuff like other Torpedo7 shops. Has few options for tents and nothing else. They do have bike workshop station too. Decent service. Has paid car parking outside store.

r.I wanted to buy my first bike for which I had initially gone to Torpedo-Mt Wellington branch. I didn't know how to use the bike rack for car so I asked if they could help. They said they won't cause its their company's policy incase they scratch the car so I went to New Market branch where I met Thomas at the counter. I asked him for all customization I needed for my bike (mudguard, bottle rack, seat adjustment) as well as he could help me put the bike rack on the car. He did all these by himself and made my day. I could finally buy my first bike and all thanks to Thomas at the branch who was so helpful. He did everything single handedly and also provided me all the required info in terms of warranty, first free safety check etc. We really need customer service like Thomas. TOP NOTCH! Thank you Thomas once again, I am so happy to have my bike.
G.Great bike shop. We bought our son's first pedal bike here a couple years ago and yesterday we were back again to get a new larger bike. We were served by Thomas who spent the time to make sure the bike was all safe to go before we pick it back home. Took time to explain to us of the details and functions of the bike. It probably helped that it up wasn't a busy time for the shop when we shopped. My favourite bike shop. Thank you.
J.The team at Torpedo7 Newmarket are fantastic! The young staff members were engaging and very polite and were able to fix my tyre in 10 minutes. We also purchased our daughter's first bike there and they spent the time going over every screw on the bike to ensure it was safe. I highly recommend and will certainly be going back myself.

M.We recently purchased a Trek MTB for our son. One of the last in the country in his size. The boys in the workshop went above and beyond to help us out. The bike was an 'in store' purchase only, which meant a bit of effort to make sure that last bike was ours, but the delivery, and on the spot bike fit for my son was worth it. We also had a tight timeline to get him set up for a race, and they made it all happen. Thanks Karlos see you in 6 weeks for the first service. I am sure he will have shredded a few trails by then.

a.I went in shop to buy new brake pads. A young guy told me the ones I had were ok and then proceeded to adjust the brakes. Great service.

A.A typical outlet shop, with a bargain price tag - compared to other Torpedo7 shops. However, not all items are available. Staff are friendly and helpful, though they'll let you browse on your own. The shop is big and spacious.
R.A great general fitness store that always seems to have a sale on. If you are looking for hand weights, a skipping rope or even an exercise bike this is the place for you. Run out of protein powder or BCAA's? They have a limited range. From running shoes to windcheaters they have some. It's easily accessible with 30 min free parking and very friendly and helpful staff.

S.Shout out to Anton at torpedo 7 Newmarket. He is worth his weight in gold. Very friendly and very knowledgeable. Had all the time in the world to help me out and advise me on parts I needed to fix my bike, something that I had been trying to get advice on for months but every other bike shop around Auckland I visited didn’t seem to have time or knowledge to help me out. Will definitely be returning to that shop in the future and would recommend to my friends 👍
