Variable. I own a bike I brought at Evo Cambridge and love it. I’ve had some helpful service at times but I’ve also had times when you pop in to grab a part and rather than take the order and solve the problem you’re told to come back randomly until it arrives every few days. Why? More than happy to place the order, pay and be called when the part arrives. Money doesn’t grow on trees so if it walks in why not take it? Booking a service online is equally frustrating as you get a pop up page saying they will be in touch which seems generic and until they do check in you’re left wondering if you’re booking actually got received. My main complaint? Lack of clarity about if you want my business or not. You can’t be offering quality customer service if I’m left wondering what it’s going to take to spend money with you and thus be a customer.

Pretty happy with the experience all round. I purchased a top of the line bike and the everyone along the Evolution chain, from the guys online and especially the guys in the shop went the extra mile. I asked for more and they didn't let me down, especially when the shop was clearly very busy. I will happily recommend this shop to my other bike mates or anyone else looking for good honest service.

I felt so comfortable at Evo Cambridge , way out of my comfort zone in a bike shop with zero knowledge but Troy helped us out he asked us what our needs were and explained the pros , cons and details of each bike they had they slotted into what we were looking for without being a typical pushy salesman . The bike was for my son and Troy continued to address him as it was his decision and needed to be included it was awesome, currently in the process of buying two more bikes for my other kids

Friendly and knowledgeable staff helped me select the right electric bike for me. They patiently explained how an electric bike works and showed me the various parts of the bike. One suggestion, it would have been helpful to have me actually insert and remove the battery rather than just watch a demonstration. It is a bit tricky to do.

Found a great Bike Shop in Cambridge .😎 a Big Brand Store! Very helpful staff in this store especially Troy, Ricky, Otis. Troy helped me sort my chosen Road bike. Last one available in my size was in stock here. Service department upstairs and cramped though. Highly commended 👍

Fantastic service in Cambridge from Ritchie and the team. I must have been in the store 5+ times to ponder what bike I needed (wanted) and always encountered patience and professionalism from Ritchie. I’ve bought (too) many bikes (about 10) over the last 5 years including a few from Evo, and have found that the service here by far surpasses any other bike shop in the Waikato. Evolution Cycles Cambridge is a shinning example of what a REAL bike shop is meant to be. The sales staff are knowledgable, friendly & professional & If they don't know something, its either because its not worth knowing or they will find out. They actually ask questions & find a bike or solution to fit your needs, not just the item with the biggest price tag. The mechanics are also at the top of their game. Where other bike shops have tried to sell me new parts or replace parts of my bike, these guys have been able to fix the problem at a fraction of the cost. Unlike other stores, they are fixes, not just fitters. If you're in the market for a new bike, blowing the cobwebs of your old bike or just need a spare tube for the next ride, these are the guys you need to talk to. There are enough muppets out there, so steer clear of them & go visit Evolution Cycles Cambridge. They will sort you out for sure!!!

We couldn't rate Evolution Cycles highly enough :-) we have bought several bikes through Sam online and they arrive in Tauranga the very next morning. Fast, fabulous - especially when you're very keen to get your hands on your new toy!!! We have also been instore (town and Cambridge) and purchased helmets, racks and accessories, every experience has been great. The 'BMX racer girl' who works weekends in town is soooo helpful and was great answering all our questions about race bikes and obviously has a wealth of knowledge! Thanks so much to Sam and the team, we always recommend friends to your site and stores and will certainly be back when we're due for an upgrade!
