I used their brilliant deal where you buy a second hand bike from them and then return it at the end of your holiday (almost 3 weeks) and they buy it back for half what you paid. The bike was brilliant in very good condition and allowed me to explore Christchurch with ease. My fav place has to be Bottle Lake and the forest tracks. I didn't use the bike on a bus service but a friendly bus driver let me take a photo of my bike on the bus to show friends back home, what a fab way to take your bike further afield. Richard York UK

Reduce, reuse, recycle! Picked out a cool vintage steel frame from the back that they rebuilt from the ground up for less than $300. Staff was super friendly and went above and beyond what I expected when buying a fairly inexpensive used bike.

2 weeks ago I took my Ebike to have a carrier attached for my small dog. The guys there did an absolutely brilliant job and it far exceeded my expectations. Not only is the dog comfortable, the attached carrier & metal basket is secured safely to the forks. Also it didn't cost the earth and I had the bike back pretty quickly. Thanks to the people who worked on the bike, I think it created some issues, but you did it.

Stay for the service! I was trying to find a part for the hydraulic brakes on my bike and having a horrendous time. Another store told me they had never seen anything like what I needed. Around Again Cycles staff went above and beyond any obligation to help me find just what I needed (Dot 3 or 4 hydraulic brake master cylinder and line). I was just about to give up before I went in there, but I'm so glad I went to the store, they are simply awesome!

I went in and told them my situation, I needs a whole new rear wheel, in other smaller bike shop staff had been a bit condescending and judgemental, but the stuff at Around Again were very kind and understanding and did their best to help me out. I have been twice at the shop, and talked to them once over the phone. The first time I talked to the owner Leroy and the second time with another employee whose name I do not recall. They were very friendly and were not pushing their products. They even suggested that I could buy somewhere else and they would be happy to service for me. Eventually, I did no use their services and did not buy a bike there, since they did not have what I was looking for. But I'm definitely going there if I need a repair or looking for another bike.

Got myself a great value(!) touring bike with loads of new accessories and absolutely memorable service. Huge shout out to Josh for his super efficient and solution filled service today! Workshops aren't usually able (or keen) to work on HOPE brakes, let alone in a "need it now" situation. We were blown away by Josh's wealth of knowledge and application. Never have I met a mechanic with the experience he has! Pretty sure there's nothing they can't fix. 🤘😎

Big fan of these guys! I can’t really comment on the tuning services they provide or the purchasing of bikes, but I can review purchasing second hand parts and components. If you build up bikes and need a few bits-and-pieces I don’t think there is a better place to go. Around again cycles have bins and trays of old and newish parts to dig through, i’ll spend over an hour sometimes looking through hundreds of chain rings, pedals or anything you’re after. Perfect for my means, so big recommendation for these guys - quality parts to be found and the prices are pretty good too. I built a fixie up recently, all components came from AAC, minus the wheel set and the frame.

Organised a purchase/buy back for a couple of used bikes through Leroy for our two week stay in the South Island. Worked out a lot cheaper than the competition and the bikes were all tuned up and gone over. Leroy really looked after us. Better than getting something unknown off trade me that’s for sure.
