We received great customer service from the business owner. She suggested a suitable route to take then provided a suitable e bike for my self and my partner. Also got us to test drive the bikes, made sure they were the right size and showed us how the gears and pedal assist worked. Had a very enjoyable ride. Highly recommend.

Just awesome! Annie thought of everything and more besides, including giving us a very helpful hint to leave our panniers at our hotel in Omarama as we would collect them on the way back. Super friendly lady named Annie running this business. Great and easy service. She has the bikes either at her office/home at murray place or is set up in a van at the parking off the main road on lakeside drive. The biking tracks in the area are good for all levels from easy to difficult. If you are an expert downhill or enduro rider the local park may not be enough but Annie will know where to send you. The bikes are good quality and well maintained and you get a bottle of water that fits in the bike frame which was a nice touch.

Amazing service. Very nice people. We were given Very good bikes and were explained everything about the tekapo twizel track. We got picked up in twizel and they waited for us to have refreshment before leaving. Very recommended!
