They helped a Mama out. This morning as I was loading my Daughters bike into the car for her primary school triathlon and the front wheel came off, because one of the bolts was missing. This caused a lot of tears from my daughter and stress for me. I found these guys online and headed there for help, the guy there was so friendly and willing to help fix our little issue saying it’s not problem at all. Such an impressive bike shop but they took the time for the little things, that speaks volumes to me, and I would go back there for the bigger things because of that.Thank you cycleway I so appreciated your help this morning, you really did helped a Mama out!

Highly recommended for expert advice and especially for the repair service. My wife has an E-bike we bought at another shop and it always takes a week to get the bike booked in and then another long wait for any warranty stuff to be sorted. At Cycleways they will go the Extra mile to get stuff sorted. I would be more than happy to pay a bit more and get decent service. E-bike are complicated and need good support.

I've had my rig serviced by the team at Cycleways for a couple of years now. Their Annual Service always has my steed running like new after it's been thrashed. Super service and top team. Highly recommended.

I have now purchased 3 bikes form the Cycleways team and every time the experience has been fantastic. There is a massive difference dealing with a store that is owner operated with passionate staff versus the inconsistent service you get at the big chain stores. These guys care and it shows. Thanks.

Great service and knowledge, couldn't recommend these guys more. Stoked with my new bike. no other shop would spend 30 mins sorting out all the suspension settings after they closed. Small gestures go a long way.

After a last minute Friday afternoon 911 emergency call to fix a broken spoke (and what turned out to also be a broken hub) the cycleways boys really stepped up. I’m hugely grateful, or my monster Saturday ride on the banks peninsula wouldn’t have happened and I’d have missed the wonderful weather and been stuck at home painting the cupboard under the stairs. Great service and everyone is always happy to help or just talk about bikes. I always try to support local businesses and their mechanics are proficient and affordable. We're lucky to have such service in Christchurch - so get in there, get your bike (or upgrades) sorted and hit the streets or hills!!!

Really an excellent experience with this shop. Got my broken hub bearings changed on a Sunday by Matt. As I am travelling in NZ and staying a one hour drive away from CC, I am so glad that I could jump on my bike again in the afternoon. And this in the high season. Absolutely recommended. Very good work! Thank you very much!

Always had amazing service from Matt and the team. Recently bought a new bike of them and couldn't be happier. Service was great and 1st service was also done really quickly. Would recommend them to anyone.

We have been loyal Cycleways customers since they opened over 10 years ago and have bought as many bikes from them in that time. Our bikes have always been regularly serviced & repaired by the CW's team (and on the odd occasion, replaced under warranty when required without drama). The team are friendly, professional and very reasonably priced. There has always been clear communication in regards to the pricing of servicing and repairs. If there is any additional servicing needed outside the standard agreed upon, they always seek approval first. Their servicing is always of a very high standard which is why we would never go anywhere else. The workshop is always busy which is a testament to their high standards. Matt supports young local talented riders and is a sponsor of many local events on the chch race calendar.

I have now bought 4 bikes through Matt and the team and all my servicing is done by them, they are always so good to deal with and their knowledge is second to none, recommended to all my mates who have all now gone there and bought bikes. Matt really will look after you 10/10

Bought my wife a Specialised Rhyme for her birthday from Matt. Super service and enthusiasm and product knowledge. We have always been a regular customer and always satisfied with the service. They are also well stocked for bikepacking requirements too. Don't be shy, come say hello.

The team at cycleways always have a solution to any of the tricky problems I've had along the way. Mechanics know their stuff and when purchasing bikes Matt has a wealth of knowledge about cycling to correctly inform me of what will be suited to what I want to do. Great bunch of guys who love cycling!!

I was amazed by the competence of the well trained, professional, exacting Cycleways (tm) crew. Quick turn around's, friendly staff and Sam. Sam is without a doubt my favorite of the crew. He delivered a bike to me which was already my own but felt brand new after he wheeled it out of the room that faithful day. Go to Cycleways (tm), it's really cool...
