Great service ordered a helmet which was to be transferred from their supplier, quick turn around and received confirmation product was in store and ready for pick up. Great crew helped me to find all other accessories I was interested in

Super fun and easy to deal with, really good selection of bikes and extra products.

The staff here are really helpful. When I purchased my new bike they talked me through the benefits of the different service plans without pushing it on me, which actually gave me the confidence to buy it on the day. They also gave me some tips on how to care for my new bike between services which I really appreciated.

After going to the Evo Tower Junction store and getting ignored from staff we decided to instead go to the Hornby Store. When my wife and I entered Finn greeted us from the workshop out back and immediately showed interest in our presence! He promptly answered all our questions and made the purchase of my wife's new bike and accessories very easy. He could have made more recommendations as what attachments my wife may want instead of waiting until I suggested them but the expertise given once talking about each attachment was really awesome. Thanks Finn!

Brilliant service over the phone, the team was awesome in helping me get on the right bike and even had good advice on what accessories I needed for starting out enduro riding. Cheers to the team, see you soon

Awesome service from the Hornby guys, was down in christchurch recently and managed to end up needing some gear. The team done their best to hook me up and get me back out on the trails asap :)
