b.The dog expects me there at least once a fortnight and demands a scratch. Good thing Glen is busy in the workshop to see the dog hair going on the ground. Sorry Glen. See the dog tomorrow when I pick up my re built back wheel.

E.Had a bit of gear jamming just as I was leaving for a 3 week bike trip. Oh no! Glen was able to check my bike right away, no waiting, and assured me it was fine after running thru the gearing. He didn't even charge for the check. A week into my trip and the bike is running smoothly. Really appreciated the quick, friendly response that meant I didn't lose time. Great service.

P.My family has recently had the pleasure of dealing with Glen at the Crankhouse. We have an Autistic son who is such a neat kid. However not everyone sees it that way. Glen was so receptive and happy to help with our needs. He has helped us get our sons into BMX with all the relevant gear and his expertise in this area was second to none. We were one of those pain customers that made multiple trips to the store before we got it rite. Glen has made this process simple and painless.
