S.Rented ebikes for Dunstan rail trail. All organized with a single phone call - including bikes sent to Cromwell, and a return shuttle from Clyde back to start. Staff were informative and friendly. Bikes were newish Merida mtb style, with carrier luggage bag, helmet, drink bottle - ideal for the trail. Climbed the hills with no effort 👌

We aren't experienced cyclists and Lisa and Fletch gave us clear instructions, great advice and encouragement. We rented Ebikes for the new Dunstan Lake Trail between Cromwell and Clyde and had a great experience.
F.My husband and I did 74km in one day (all downhill, as Fletch dropped us off with her shuttle). The bikes are excellent! Normally I get an achy bottom after an hour of cycling, but these bikes have the best saddles and they were extremely comfortable! I didn't feel any aches or pains! I'm even considering buying one of their bikes.

m.Our group of family and friends completed this trip last month over 3 days and enjoyed it immensely. It was great to have everything organised so well and being able to just enjoy the ride. Nothing was a problem for the friendly staff. The one bike we hired was perfect for the hirer and an issue with my bike was fixed in their shop promptly and economically. Everything from transport/bag transfers, accommodation and hire could not be faulted. We were also fortunate with the weather resulting in a fantastic few days. I would thoroughly recommend BikeItNow for a seamless and relaxing experience in this historic environment.

H.Awesome! Four of us did the Otago Rail Trail and everything about the experience was perfect from the booking, the accommodation, the pre-leaving brief and the suggestions they made. The Team at Bike it Now go beyond and above to make your holiday a great one. My husband got sick on the first day of the tour and they rearranged their schedules to take him to the Doctor and then onto the first nights accommodation - then rung us to check in the next morning. The accommodation was all top class and as I run a B&B myself I am a bit of a critic! We also did the Curling as an extra and it was so much fun - definitely recommend doing it. Great experience and thank you team.

A.Great team. Wayne was awesome and gave us heaps of information on our way to the drop off point. All the staff at Clyde were superbly organised and very helpful. The only glitch was that my bike's battery expired just out of Alexandra on the way back, leaving about 6km of no battery. Having said that my wife and I would definitely do it again. Can only recommend. Awesome

We rode the Rixborough Gorge Trail which was magnificent. Boat trip part was really informative as well as enjoyable. They even came out to fix a mechanical breakdown on route. g.We have just completed the bike Trail this week and overall an excellent and well worth while experience . Beware though we had three in our group of 11 that had e bikes that batteries went flat . We were told that was unlikely to happen. It meant the last 12 k’s up hills was done manually and was not enjoyable and for some a real struggle.

D.The Bike it Now team were brilliant in helping me plan our Otago Rail Trail trip with everything from bikes to shuttles and trains. They made it so easy. It was our first ever family cycle tour.
I have done a lot of cycling and touring and I was worried about using hire bikes, but the Bike it Now bikes were the BEST! I rode with my wife and teenage daughters (who don't ride bikes very often) and we all found the Trek bikes supplied were super comfortable, excellently maintained and were a delight to ride.
I saw a lot of other cyclists on the trail over Easter, and we were the happiest.
Thanks to the entire team at Bike it Now for helping make this a fantastic trip our family will remember happily for decades.

T.We did the "One Day Wonder" on the Otago Central Rail Trail with Bike It Now and were super impressed by the care they took throughout, which is also reflected in the fact that they just upgraded their trail cycles fleet and we had the pleasure of riding super-cool and comfy trail bikes all day long. They were also extremely helpful by accommodating us on a day they were officially closed and even made themselves available when we needed an unplanned pick-up later in the day. B.Great team who are super helpful and rent out high quality bikes. We did the Rail Trail and Roxburgh Gorge through them. With some spare time they let us demo an ebike and went up the local mountain for some very fun downhill action.
