K.Lovely prices, and a good range of variety to choose from. They have all the good quality brands, but their essentials are cheap. No sense having to constantly pay out top dollar even after the purchase of a bike.
S.I would have thought buying a new bike would be a great opportunity for them to suggest some accessories or at least ask me what else I might require. Was prepared to spend at least another $400 on racks, bags etc but was disappointed with the uninterested customer service so will buy extra gear elsewhere. This isn’t the case for all staff in there to be fair, most are very helpful.

J.I brought my imported second-hand eBike into Evo cycles for a service and was super-impressed with the quality, attention to detail and value for money. The bike hadn't been assembled quite correctly - this was corrected, and bike all tuned up to perform perfectly. Gears started slipping recently owing to new cable stretching and fixed for free, plus tightening of parts and lubing. Impressive especially since my bike wasn't even a local purchase. Knowledgable and friendly proprietor, very highly recommended.

Had to get a bike ordered in, it wasn't too much of a wait, they built it up for me and said it was ready to go.
When I tried it out the seat was too high so he cut it down right then and there.

P.I had an issue with an item I had brought on line from evo so took it in to the Dunedin store to have it sent away to get replaced. Natalie the manager served me and her customer service was brilliant. Instead of waiting for another weekend to use the item she made a few phone call and had a replacement for me within a few hours. Thanks heaps Nat and thank you Evo.

A.After going to the other more pricey upmarket bike shops in town I searched and found this one. Much better layout and range of parts, great value for money and great friendly customer service. Will definitely be going back in the near future. Cheers Bike Otago, keep up the good work ;)

C.Visiting NZ from UK.. desperate to cycle Otago rail trail and needed new brake blocks for bike hired with camper van. Despite being busy, the staff fixed the bike overnight and we had a great cycle in this wonderful country.. highly recommend this place!
