Dave Spring and his team immediately impressed us as honest and straightforward, always ready to help answer any question. They are the total package - pre-sales advice, excellent product knowledge and very helpful in assisting decision-making. There was no hard-sell or upselling strategy here. Quite refreshing, really. We ended up with just what each of us wanted and are both delighted.
The after-sales service has been excellent too, and their prices & workshop charges are very reasonable.
You could waste a lot of time and effort shopping around but I suggest you don't look any further than Cycle Time. You won't be disappointed.
S.CycleTime has been my main bike shop since 2010 when I got my first bike from them. They have been very helpful and friendly and I always recommend friends to them.

D.Wanted to buy an e-bike. Dave from Cycle Time gave us such good advise about what bike would best meet my needs. Shopped around and tried so many (over more than five weeks). Came back to Cycle Time and purchased the bike Dave recommended because he was right - it was the best for me. More expensive than I originally wanted but having tried cheaper ones I would have needed to compromise on functionality/safety.

A.Brought my Giant bike out from the UK. Cycletime put it back together and set it up for half the sum I had been quoted by a competitor. Two months later the gears needed some work. One of the guys popped the bike up on the stand, adjusted the gears and did not charge me for it. I had done over a thousand K so I don't think the problem with the gears was because they had not set it up properly for me. Brilliant service.

J.Cycletime is the best little bike shop in the west, although not that little. Dave and his team do a superb job and every one not only knows their job but carries it out to the best of their ability. If you want advice go there. If you want topshelf servicing go there. If you want honesty ( which is a bit rare these days ) go there.
