After a very disappointing deal with another bike sales shop we found Electrify in Hamilton. What a breath of fresh air! From the minute we walked in we were looked after superbly. Various options were explained and seats etc changed around to make sure we had the right combination. This is a great biking operation and I fully recommend to anyone looking for any type of bike to visit them. Thanks to the whole team at Electrify.

The service I received was the best I have ever had from any bike store in NZ, the travel over to Hamilton from Taupo is absolutely worth it, even just for the great service. I found the service was professional, informed and friendly. I had no issue at all to take a bike out for a test ride. These guys stayed open late today so I could hire an eBike to zip out to see the Hamilton Gardens. Really fast, streamlined pick up process and Dan accompanied me to show the turn off to get onto the river trail. Cool bike! Free water and a pannier if accessories (bike lock etc). Made a quick trip (at the end of a conference day) possible, which has made my stay in Hamilton worthwhile. The eBikes for hire are step thru Dutch style bikes, so I could jump on without changing clothes etc. Totally recommend this company and the lovely owners!

The team and Electrify.NZ Hamilton were so friendly and helpful. From showing us how to use the bikes to allowing us a free 24 hour test run of the bike we were interested in. Amazing shop! Went in to check out the electric bikes and they were phenomenal. Dan who works there is amazing and set my dad and I up on a tandem electric bike and we got to test ride it. Looked around and they have so many amazing bikes and great service. Definitely recommend checking it out!

Absolutely wonderful experience from Dee and the team at Electrify Hamilton. We were able to discuss our needs and then have a try of several of their bikes until we were all sure that we had what we wanted. We ended up in the store for several hours but it was no problem. We were kept up to date with delivery times and even lent a bike rack so that we could get them all home. Would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a great sales experience with no sales people trying to get you to buy an overkill bike for $10k !!

On my way to buy a pie for lunch and called in to Electrify Hams to check out why so many people go in/out only to be offered a test ride on an e-bike to go home and bring back the next day. Went back alright and bought one 🤣🤣. Best investment ever, no more huge parking costs or missing my bus and I get some fitness and fresh air. Great way to mentally wind down after a hard day. Initially I bought an electric Magnum scooter, then two KTM bikes one after another. All products I purchased are of a great quality. The service is exceptional. The owners are very friendly and supportive. I highly recommend this service to everyone who is thinking of buying an e-bike or a scooter.

I purchased a Magnum e-scooter on 2 Feb 2021. I had visited the store twice before to make inquiries while comparing different brands and models. I am extremely happy with the product and the service. The staff were able to explain matters clearly, answered all my questions openly and allowed me to use the display model for a test ride, a ride which convinced me I was making the right choice. I then drove the scooter home with great enjoyment.

Super friendly and helpful place to buy an eBike. We were looked after right from the start, and ended up with a shiny new Magnum Metro. A minor technical problem with the chain was resolved in <10 mins when I brought it in the next day. Great vibe, lovely people in store, really good advice and time taken for test rides and consideration of different model ebikes based on intended use. Definitely recommend as a place to go if you want a good experience buying an ebike. Plus they were really welcoming of our kids too which was a nice family experience. Loving the new bike!

Very friendly and helpful service. Tried 3 bikes and KTM one the best. I found it lighter and easier to handle. Have done 115 Ks in 3 weeks since picking it up. Can keep up with my husband and go for longer rides and he doesn't have to go slow and stop and wait for me. Much fitter than I was. Really enjoying riding my KTM Aera SE3. They had a good range of demonstrator bikes that we were able to try out so I would definitely recommend The Electrify Hamilton Team.

Genuine support....way beyond expectation, with friendly welcomes every visit, feel more like friends that sales people. After hiring a bike once, I went to purchase one for on and off road use. I couldn't decide between 2, but needed one for doing the timber trail the next day. Dynell didn't want me to make a rash decision, so loaned me a bike free of charge for over 1,1/2 days! Amazing! I totally loved it. It made the trip so enjoyable. Now, nothing is too much trouble. At point of sale, they threw in several extras, were willing to adjust the bike to my left-handed needs, even adjusted my own helmet, explaining how it fits to be safest. Thank you team, for the great service, I recommend you all the time!

I purchased a follow-me tandem to connect my son’s bike to mine and we absolutely love this piece of equipment. But before we got to use it the electrify NZ team offered to install it for us. And I’m glad we decided on that. The team (Dan, Dynell and Dave) are not only incredibly friendly but also professional and prompt in their service. Even in the middle of moving locations, the installation of the follow-me tandem was completed in a few days. And they even tested it for safety. When I picked up the bikes, I was explained how to hitch and unhitch my kiddos bike and also pointed out potential service needed on my own bike. A special shout out to Dave for being so diligent and thorough fixing my bike when I decided to take it back for servicing to electrify NZ and taking your time explaining everything to me. Overall, the store, the service and the team are impressive. I will be taking my business to this family run shop in the future because they genuinely care about the people that come through their door.

These guys are awesome, they have a good range of products from affordable e bikes to high end Euro e bikes. I went in to view a bike and my test ride booking was fast tracked despite arriving two days prior for a look. Super friendly and professional customer service. Some of their e bikes i understand have a throttle (so cool) that many other bikes don't have. Make sure you check them out 10/10.

I bought a Magnum Peak with accessories from Electrify Hamilton. The team were extremely helpful (particularly Dynell) and helped me through the options and deciding on accessories. I've had the bike for almost a week now and absolutely love it. One of the main reasons for buying it was to be able to commute to work (as well as play on the weekends) and it's been awesome so far. I've got to work a lot quicker and less sweaty than on a normal bike.

Great experience with Electrify hiring out electric bikes! Very professional and friendly service. Took the bikes along the river trails from town up past Pukete, the Magnum bikes are pretty fast and have a 65km range with the peddle assist/throttle. Lady did talk way too long about safety and how to use the bikes when we said we already used them before but I suppose that's a good thing..

I purchased a Magnum Navigator from Electrify Hamilton during the Covid alert level 3 restriction period by phone. The transaction was prompt and smooth and the bike was delivered to my house within the same week. Having owned a 260-kg motorcycle cruiser in the past, I have found much joy riding this 26-kg two-wheeler, albeit it only cruise at 40 kph. The controls are simple to operate and the throttle-on-demand feature is a real plus.

We rented bicycles from River Riders for a group of various ages and abilities to do the river trail from Hamilton to Ngaruawahia together. There was a bit of a miscommunication as to what we wanted when we first arrived, but most of us ended up renting e-bikes. Dynell was very patient while we figured out what we wanted to do, and then Dan spent quite a long time adjusting one of the seats for us and making sure we all knew what we were doing on the bikes so that we would be safe. We had a brilliant day and e-bikes are now firmly on our wish list. Going back to pedal power hasn't been quite the same since!

Went in to test ride a Smartmotion e bike, they gave great instruction and were very easy to deal with. When my bike arrived they answered my questions about operating it, and forwarded me links for registration on Snap along with other useful links. This is a small friendly store and the service I received was better than that given by the big chain stores in my experience.

Enjoyed a E bike ride with my daughter and friend on my birthday from Hamilton to Ngaruawahia and back. Stopped at Coffee club in horotiu before heading to the Perry Bridge. Bikes were so good to us, used the accelerator plenty and the bikes still had lots of battery power after a decent ride, highlight was the scenery and hill just before horotiu...fun!! If you like fresh air, stunning views and enjoying time with family and friends an E bike ride will work well. The most helpful people ever. We asked for a trial of the bikes and we got a whole long weekend, a oncer I realize but that sold us the bikes. I just love my Magnum metro ladies, good old school German strong long lasting bike. The knowledge of the two owners are very accurate and the enthusiasm that they both have is what makes them special and they should go a long way with selling these type of bikes.
