Team at Obsession put a work component <2° angle headset on my Trek Roscoe 2019 to slacken her up.. Great comms through emails answering some questions I had about the gear and once I received the set in from the UK it was seamless to book bike in/get the job done. Quality workmanship and professionalism-all done on time. I have spent a bit of time around different bike shops talking to staff about their services and I have to say (without taking away anything from the other bike shops in town -they are all sweet in there own rite!!), the Management and Team at Obsession have got it really going on as far as Customer service/loyalty is concerned, and if I were buying a new bike I would seriously consider these guy as the number one player as far as after sales Customer service goes. They really back themselves and their product snd it's awesome to see! ***Plug time...and yes I promised Works Components I would put the word out because I am so happy with their gear...Works Components UK hooked me up with a mean headset for my Roscoe and I have to say it's turned this bike into A BEAST!! Anyone with a Roscoe out there who wants some more slack check these guys out-their service and product is exceptional! I emailed them my model bike to check the set required for my bike and they came back-all on the money!!!! Am now looking at upgrading the fork to a Yari and I will definitely be knocking on Obsessions door to get this all fitted/setup for me!!!! Went in today and they gave me some great advice on travel length of fork on the upgrade coming👊 Cheers CO Team!!!! Isaac T.

I am so impressed with Cycle Obsession friendly expert staff and quick response to helping me. I was travelling with my family and broke the derailer on my bike. Despite being very busy they checked over my bike, ordered the required part and fixed it the next day. I highly recommend this shop.

Great bike mechanics at this store. They do a great job with bike repairs and regular servicing. Great to have top people working on your bike if you’re a mountain biker as a mechanical issue could leave you stranded or cause an accident. I’ll be a regular here.
