Just bought a bike from Electrify NZ in Tauranga. Fantastic and knowledgeable service. Loved the fact we could go for a decent test ride before we bought - not just around a car park. Thanks!

We had an awesome experience buying 2 X ebikes from Dan and his team. From test riding different bikes, after explaining in detail the differences, to a detailed briefing on purchase. We came away from Electrify NZ happy with our choice of bikes and highly recommend Dan and his team. Now let the fun begin.

Electrify NZ in Papamoa is definitely the place to go if you want to try or buy an electric bike. The staff are very knowledgeable and very patient. (especially with one as clueless as me!). We were looked after by Robin who made sure I tried and bought the bike that was right for me. They have a fantastic selection at good prices. The only problem was actually making my mind up ! The after sales service is excellent and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Purchased 2 ebikes from Dan and Robin last week. Nothing was to much trouble for these guys, very patient with explaining about the bikes. Very enjoyable experience with no stress. Thanks Guys.👍

The test ride that Keith encouraged us to take, made me dream that night of all the possibilities for riding it. The service was fantastic, and his advice is honest and informative without being pushy. This is THE most comfortable bike I have ever ridden and because of the assist I am not reticent to go out and ride. It has replaced my car for around town trips. I have never been so active in my life and I am loving my Gepida bike!

Dan and the team at electrify.nz give amazing service. Dan really goes out of his way to make sure that you are getting the right bike and accessories. I bought the Gepida and could not be happier with my bike - I love riding it. I highly recommend buying and servicing your bike with Electrify Tauranga.

We bought two Gepida electric bikes from Keith and his wife and the experience from the start was fantastic. There was no sales pressure. Keith took us out on a ride and showed us how to ride the e bikes. We found both of them to be very knowledgeable about their product. We are loving our bikes and enjoying the easy way to exercise. We bought a Magnum mountain bike for my mother in law a few months ago and it has absolutely lived up to the e-bike hype. She enjoys an active rural lifestyle, but after a couple of knee surgeries a few years back, had thought her biking days were behind her. Keith was fantastic at helping us navigate the options and pick out some choices to test ride, and we've ended up with the perfect match for her lifestyle. We took it in for its first service a few weeks back and continue to be really impressed with the support and service we've received. Thanks heaps guys!

Keith and his wife were exceptionally helpful when it came to choosing the right bike. Test rode several different makes and models but choose the Gepida 1000. Fantastic bike. Great service.

Great service. I'd been thinking about buying an E-bike for a while, and tried a few of ElectrifyNZ's models out at a work-organized trial. Honestly, they are more fun than they have any right to be. I bought a Magnum Peak a few weeks later, now I'm commuting to work on it 3-4 times a week. Love it!

I have purchased a Gepida ebike this week from Electrify NZ Tauranga and I am very impressed and really happy with it. I am 72 yrs old and I really didn't know what I wanted or needed when buying a ebike, and I found the staff at Electrify very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the ebike, easy to understand and I was able to try out the different bikes that were in store. I had tried various brands with different features, but for me nothing compared to the Gepida. It is easy to get on and off, the gears are easy to use and the bike is sturdy but easy to manage. I would highly recommend the Gepida bike to any lady who is looking for a comfortable ebike, and its great that we have follow up bike service in 6 weeks time.

Really pleased with the level of service and care provided by Keith and the time he takes to get the right solution for you. We are loving our new ebikes and improving fitness levels. Happy not to be stuck in the usual peak hour traffic too.

You won’t find a better place to rent or purchase an e-bike. Keith and the team are down to earth and really know there stuff. No pushy salespeople here, just a team that love their bikes and what you to love your as well. They are also their to help with parts and service. It’s the full package.

I recently purchased a new Kreidler e-mtb from Keith, awesome bike, awesome service, I have always enjoyed biking, apart from the uphills! Now those are not an issue, the climb is only as hard as I want it to be. If you are wondering if an e-bike is for you, just get down to Electrify NZ and take one for a ride, don’t talk about it, ride it, then you will know for sure. There are plenty to choose from, Keith will put you on track.

Super helpful. If you’re wondering whether an e-bike is right for you, Electrify is a great place to start. Their secret weapon is that they’ll let you take a bike home overnight so you can see how it works in the real world. They’ll help you find - and even create - the right bike and accessory package to suit your particular needs. I couldn’t be happier with my Electrify experience. If I loved my bike any more I’d probably have to marry it.

Totally recommend Dan at Electrify Papamoa. He went out of his way to solve a problem with my bike and have it running perfectly again. He was given a very tight timeline to do this in and he came through! Excellent service.

Keith has been super helpful and accommodating to us cycling novices. I definitely recommend seeing him if you need personal service, help and advice.

Pheonominal service and the bikes look mint. I didn't end up purchasing one but was very pleased with the service I received when having a quick gander. Definitely the place to go for an E-bike

Totally impressed with service from Cale (Papamoa Plaza)great information given on test ride day and also when we collected our bikes a few days later, would highly recommend this company.

Great shop to buy and e-bike from, knowledgeable staff, amazing service and my god the Magnum Metro that I brought is the most fun I've had on two wheels :) well worth it !
