Dave was extremely helpful with all aspects of the purchase of my Meloyelo bike. He allowed me time on different bikes and different setups on the bikes. He answered all questions my husband and I asked showing his in-depth knowledge. I was very grateful to have the time to try the bikes on a quiet country road and also up a steep hill which made the decision making much easier. He delivered the bike as soon as I paid and I have been impressed with his service. I would recommend him.

Dave was really friendly and helpful. There were a couple of suitable bikes for me to look at as I needed a low step through due to health reasons and he explained fully the different properties and additional options available. His property is on a great stretch of road which allowed for a decent trial ride and a chance to go through the gears and speeds. I chose the wider upright handlebars and the full suspension seat which I am glad I did. The hardest decision was choosing the colour, green or blue, I opted for the blue! Have had a couple of rides with my partner along the highway trails between Peka Peka and Paekakariki and thoroughly enjoyed it and he is also looking at getting an ebike when the larger ones comes into the country. Great decision, looking forward to getting out and exploring all the trails.

Dave was very helpful and knowledgeable to help me choose the right bike for my wife. It was also very helpful being able to test the bikes on his quiet country road which included a slight slope and the option of a steeper hill. For a first timer on an electric bike this gave me a better idea of how these bikes work and the difference between rear and centre hub drives. After attending a PCC initiative of Ebike's I was sold. Dave Rumsey of Velocity was in attendance and it was Dave's enthusiasm that sold me on an Ebike. I contacted Dave and arranged a viewing of the bike I had selected a Townee model I tried it out and bought it, As I wasn't eligible for a discount I was offered accessories to add to my bike.
