Very kind and helpful family business. Picked up a Dualtron Victor and I couldn't be happier. Such an exciting and explosive electric scooter. I can't wait to wake up everyday so I can ride this thing. If you're on the fence about getting one of these machines, just bite the bullet and invest in immense enjoyment. Kirsty greeted me with a warm friendly smile and I couldn't ask for better service, took my wife back and we bought 2 e bikes, Kelvin delivered them the next day. Had a great experience dealing with Kelvin , Kirsty and Joshua. Kelvin explained the operation of E bike to us. He was extremely genuine and friendly which helped so much, not pushy in any way which is so nice to experience. Kirsty and Josh finished the after sales service off nicely. A great team effort. I have never tried an ebike before and it was the best bike ride I've ever had. The lady there was so helpful and recommended to ride along the river and across this beautiful bridge with lovely views to see along the way. My friend and I are from Auckland and it was a relaxing way to cruise around and explore the area. We went back that same week to do it again. 10/10

Kelvin seems knowledgeable, caring and friendly If you're looking for no obligation advice. They mostly stock Magnum and SmartMotion branded e-bikes. Also have Lekkie kits for electrifying a normal bicycle and UBCO if you want an electric bike without pedals, and lots of power.

Good knowledge of products no pressure went in with what we wanted and was given a number of options came out with what we really fell we will be happy with. Plus knowing we will have good back up service
