I found the guys at Evo so very helpful in helping me find the right bike for my needs. I had given myself a budget to purchase everything I would need just to cruise, and was extremely happy with my purchases. Cheers Guys, very happy with your honest and helpful customer service!

Extremely helpful staff backed up by a great product range. Ideal for this non-cyclist looking to buy a present, which I did.

I arrived with a flat tire and they repumped my tire and gave me a cover for the air stork. After 5 minutes I was back biking. The customer service was amazing and very helpful. They also offered to fully deck out my bike when I came in next. I would 100% use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs bikes, bike equipment, or even just a service.

The young gentleman who helped my husband and I was very helpful and patient. I haven't ridden a bike since the 1980's LOL so I had lots of questions. Also, he helped me by changing the seat of my bike and putting on the pump and water bottle holder. I'm not familiar with these things so we were really appreciative of his help with this and his advice in our choice of bikes we bought. Overall pretty happy with the service I received from Evo, I had multiple problems with a bike and as we worked through solutions I definitely felt as though we were on the same team, some other stores can feel as though you have to fight for any sort of after sales support but Evo palmy were a pleasure to deal with. Ended up getting a full refund and purchased a different brand elsewhere, however I would happily buy my next bike from Evo.
