When Torpedo 7 told me to get lost because building (selling) new bikes is more important than caring for customers and fixing existing ones, I thought I'd go see Pack and Pedal. These guys rocked - they had my bike fixed in no time with no excuses and a great price too. My only gripe was that I had to phone to find out what the progress was but that was softened when I was told "you can collect it now, it's all done". I'll definitely be taking my business there again. Torpedo 7 can shove their business where the sun doesn't shine.

Went in on Monday to look at bikes for my fast growing lad. Went here because the staff have always been really helpful with things like parts and innertubes for the bikes we brought with us when we emigrated here 5 years ago. We had been a to a few other bike stores in Porirua but weren't that impressed by the prices or the lack of stock. We went into Pack and Pedal and the knowledge, helpful service and honesty of the staff meant we bought that day and left smiling. The stock and prices are much better than anything in the wider Wellington region. Then the bike wouldn't fit into my new car because of a fixed cage. The boss noticed, came and helped AND left me with the tool to put the cage down whenever I needed for free. We are loyal customers and would recommend this store to anyone looking for a new bike.

Always a cycle shop of choice with good prices for cycle clothing, shoes, parts, unusual accessories and camping gear. Recently purchased bikes parts for my Rockhopper and old Avanti

Great team, great service and always happy to help. We've bought 3 bikes and multiple accessories from the shop, also had bikes serviced, tyres fitted etc. The staff are passionate and know their stuff and are always willing to go the extra mile. Highly recommend popping into store if you're in the market for a bike or need a service. Thanks team!

Definitely more pedal than pack. If you are looking for a bike then they really know their stuff and have a good range, not only of bikes but also of all the accessories and things you need to go with the bike. Have bought my kids last 2 bikes from here and will be going back when he grows out of this one.

Good selection of bikes and great service. The team are really helpful and go out of their way to ensure that you get what you want at the best price.

A realy helpful salesman , made my vist and purchase enjoyable , but a bit pricie.

Took a kids bike in this morning with a minor break issue. The guys were super helpful and able to fix it immediately, which was unexpected but appreciated, especially for the Sunday of a long weekend.

Always liked this shop. Staffed by genuine bike and outdoors people. It makes a difference.

I went in to see if I could buy some bolts for my chain ring and the mechanic allowed me to go into the back and take a few of the spares he had lying around at no cost to me and let me use his tools to secure them onto the bike. Very friendly staff.

Just want to thank daryl and the team for there awsome service. They have manage to put together my front wheel for my bike trailer and didnt cost me and arm and leg. Thank you very much
