Always great service. Dropped off my ebike this afternoon with a puncture and wasn't expecting to be ready till Monday, but got a message couple of hours later to say it was all fixed and ready. Much appreciated.

To fix gears change another bike shop quoted chain and cassette change, total $150. Dean at VC changed rusty cables, total $50. Had the bike running great within an hour. Outstanding!

These guys do a stellar job at taking care of my mountain bike. Excellent communication through the process and my bike always comes back a well tuned piece of machinery.

Needed a mino link for a Trek, last time from another shop it took 2 1/2 weeks to order from Australia. Enquired at Village via the website during lock down and it was in my letterbox contactless within a day and a half. Fantastic, quick and friendly service from Andy.

Friendly service but on 2 separate occasions while bikes been in shop, the tyre has been re-installed backwards-so watch out for this next time your bike’s in the shop

Unfortunate circumstance where a bicycle I had confirmed to purchase via e-mail was sold in store to another buyer the next day, room for improvement on communication.
