We had the pleasure of dealing with Jay at cycle zone, my wife was very anxious as we are in our 60's and haven't been on a bike for many years. Jay took us through everything and made us feel great about what we could achieve. I will never go anywhere else, Jay you are a wonderful asset to cycle zone. The rest of the team where great as well.

Outstanding service from the team, no appointment dropped in with my trusty steed brand new Levo Comp battery issue swapped out with new one replaced, riding in no time. Top service. I've experienced this level of service in the passed to. Top stuff team!

Absolutely amazing service from the guys here, they spent about half an hour trying to modify different clamps so we could fit a new shifter to my brothers bike to have it running for the weekend and even raided their personal stash to sell us a new chain guide. Will be coming here whenever I'm in rotorua and need parts or service done

Thank you for the educational womens free tech night, that you offered as part of the October Woman Ride campane. It was well put together and I am really glad I went. I'm not yet an avid bike rider but I definitely feel more connected to my bike now and have confidence I didn't even know I needed. Sorry I punctured that brand new tube when changing the tire. Awesome service from the shop team for a bike rental, took 30 min to set up and fit the bike to my morphology. The bike (Spe Enduro 29") was in excellent condition (very impressed with that bike by the way). Excellent advises for discovering the trails. Thanks a lot guys, way to go!!

Bryce was SUPER helpful organising a new bike for me. I'm not based in Rotorua and was unable to visit the store personally so he arranged everything by email and phone. He took lots of time to discuss appropriate sizing and review measurements I sent. The bike was pre-built and sent in immaculate condition. A+
