I took my bike in with virtually no notice to get brake pads replaced. (After going elsewhere and being told there was a four week wait!). The staff were extremely obliging, they txt me when my bike was ready, and the mechanic explained what they had done. Even asked if I needed a hand to load bike back on car. Great service....it will be my go to bike shop in Taupo from now on.
