I'm in awe at the moment as I have been waiting for 8 weeks for my ebike. The wait was so so worth it. When I walked into Evos, I was met with such friendly service and they said my ebike was ready. Can't explain the awesome feeling when I heard this. So so cool. Thank you. It just happened to be my birthday when I got my ebike. Can't wait to try my new wheels. Thank you to the gentleman who served me and the team who assembled my ebike. You have blessed me sincerely.

Evo is great. Good service all around. Good prices. Good bikes.

A big thank you to the young Chap who fixed my single speed Reid wheel bearing! Fast , efficient and professional explained what had happened and how he fixed it . Had a most enjoyable commute to work this morning, smooth and quiet 🚴 Awesome !

Just got my bike back today after bringing it in yesterday which cost me about $300. The service was fast but the only problem was the dropper cable, went for a test ride and as soon as I used my dropper post the cable came straight out so it probably wasn’t tightened enough or the cable was not big enough for the dropper lever So the service was faster than I thought which is good, I’ll take my bike back in tomorrow.

Friendly and helpful staffs, great product

Cannot reccomend Evo Cycles Tauranga highly enough. Bought 2 dual suspension MTBs in April, one of which had to be built. It was ready in an hour. Amazing level of service. Alex went through everything with us before leaving the shop. Went back yesterday to upgrade the kids bikes. Again, one of the bikes had to be built. It was ready in 24 hours, on a public holiday weekend to. Coby, you have made 2 young mountain bike fans very happy today 😊 I would not buy a bike from anywhere else. These guys are awesome!

Nice clean store, well laid out. Everything was clearly priced. Staff very helpful and friendly, made our purchase easy. Paul was great to deal with.

Evo Fraser Cove is awesome!! Coby sold me my new bike, he was kind and patient and he tried to make the process as fast as possible so I didn't have to wait too long for my new whip! Thank you Evo!
