Easy to use online booking system. Very prompt email response when one of my group was injured and needed to cancel. Great bikes - we got the hybrids. Des was friendly and helpful. Lovely trail

Des was most helpful from the initial contact, getting us to the start of the trail, transporting our luggage to the next day accommodation and picking us up at the end. The e-bikes were well prepared and everything was thoroughly explained. Des’ support helped make the Hauraki Rail Trail a great experience - definitely recommended.

We are a group of friends from Australia. We booked 8 Avanti Discovery Bikes from Adventure Bike Hire earlier this month. Des met us in carpark at Waihi train station. Set us all up, adjusted seats, checked tyres and helmets. We had a day hire. Bikes were well maintained and good quality. We can highly recommend Des from Adventure Bike Hire Waihi.
