Spoke to a nice lady over the phone who kindly assissted me with my order. Got the item to Auckland in just two days. Very pleased with iride. Will definitely order more stuff. Keep it up iride!

I live in Auckland and bought a neck brace from you guys and it came in less than 24 hours. Perfect timing as well because i got a race on the weekend. Cheers

Only came for the coffee but was ace. Great tables for gathering or working from. Great coffee. Loved the design touches in the bathrooms. :)

Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. I phoned them some weeks ago and the woman on the phone patiently talked me through the Rapha clothing range to get me ready for my first triathlon. Was kind and didn’t mind me taking up lots of her time. Would recommend. Also good coffee.

Knowledgeable staff and happy to discuss individual needs to match witth your perfect bike. Also have a wide variety of accoutrements to make your cycling safer & more enjoyable. Added bonus to have the cafe there so you can contemplate your options while rehydrating & munching!

Awesome very helpful, & knowledgeable. Also has a fantastic selection of gear & good presence online, I was able to research what I wanted online, see they were likely to have it. This enabled me to dash in find exactly what I wanted them have enough time to browse to find new nessesary items 😝😄 Overall a really pleasent experience. Even the girl who had been working one day was lovely & knew what was going on, I was impressed, good hire!

Small update on my previous review. Always a pleasure to shop at your place and love the skills and knowledge you have as a team. Small update. Had the team, at iride, install fenders funny enough neither the rear nor the front had the fender properly aligned. So both front and back rubbed the tire. Still would highly recommend their service. Very friendly staff but think the corona rush got the better of this one

A well stocked Wellington city bicycle shop with friendly and helpful staff. The parts and accessory area is excellent with quality cycle clothing at competitive prices. Would recommend and visit again.

All the team is passioned about bikes, very professional and inside the store it’s always a good atmosphere ... We always get good advices and it’s our favorite bike store in NZ (We have been also inside other bike stores in Auckland and Taupo ...) Thank you Guys!

Great location and usually impeccably helpful staff. Unfortunately, yesterday when I went in with my kids, the woman assistant told my child off twice for riding around on one of the bikes, something which she normally does in this shop. Great shop but let down by one of the assistants, Burke cycles is great with kids, so if you want a kid friendly shop go there. Otherwise it's usually fantastic at i-ride.

Andrew was terrific! He was interested in what I needed, not just trying to sell a bike. Btw I liked the nice orange one! 😂🤣

Really happy with iRide, such great and friendly service! And there is a coffee shop while you wait.

Big bike shop with very knowledgable staff. Happy to replace a tire on the go for no additional cost if necessary. The cafe is very handy for an after ride coffee as well. There is also a fridge with free water to fill up your drink bottle after a long ride. The bike rack on the side of the shop is also very convenient to hang out your bike after your ride with plenty of room for large groups.

Disclaimer: haven’t visited the physical store in-person. However I have made 2 online purchases and both orders were dispatched and delivered in record time.

Genuinely enthusiastic and friendly staff who helped me select and set up a bike to suit my needs. Great range of gear and accessories too.

Really like this shop. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, wide range of gear, reasonable prices and great coffee. I haven't used their servicing section, so can't comment on that.

Edited: Not a great experience with Iride, I phoned to arrange to get my oneup components tool fitted to my bike. Ask specifically, was told they could but when I picked up bike was told they couldn’t do it. Really impressed however with Bradley’s response to the issue the next day, owned the fact that they had made a mistake and did more than enough to try and remedy it for me, but I found a solution elsewhere. Good on you iride. Impressed me with that.

Always had good service and bought a variety of things. Happy to let you browse, or answer questions. Knowledgeable staff and some pretty flash bikes - oh and there is coffee!

These guys are awesome. Got a great deal on a bike and post-sale they've always gone out of their way to be incredibly helpful. Super friendly too.

Australian bikes shops take note! This is how to run a successful bike shop! Great shop great range great atmosphere and has a coffee shop inside with some food aswell. Certainly will be going back in the future!

Great and honest advise, professional service, great products

First time in my life i paid someone to change the tube for me, and probably the last. I did ask have they found what caused the puncture but the answer was no. Guess what happened in a few hours :( when I inspected the tyre I found a piece of glass embedded within. Conclusion the guy couldnt be botheted and I ended up paying for the tube and the service just to find out that it was all for nothing. Regardless the shop has a good variaty in stock but the full retail price is what you have to pay unless you join tge overpriced club juat to get 10% off, nah not for me thanks, especially with the service i got :(

Local bike shop that's in a prime location at the end of town. Large selection of both Road and mountain bikes. Also it doesn't hurt that Pura Vida cafe is a part of the shop.

Having just returned to road cycling after a very long absence, the team at iRide have been a huge help, with great advice, products and heaps of encouragement. Thanks guys.
