J.Just popped in to meet the owner and have a chat. Very hospitable service and a real down-to-earth guy. The attention and care paid to the meats available here is top-notch.
All meat is free-range and grass-fed. Sausages are naturally cased, with no fillers or preservatives. Many nice cuts of beef being aged with some very good looking steaks available in the fridge. Nearly everything is made on-site and there are also changing pre-cooked options available (meatballs, ragu meals, etc.).
I am highly impressed. We'll definitely be using Alpha regularly.
