For some reason, I am completely safe with Woody's nitrate-free bacon (simply amazing taste - the real thing!) and their pure pork sausages. Our whole family can now have sausages again with the others also having allergies. Orders have been no problem, even under Level 4 and communication regarding orders is excellent.
