S.Absolutely fantastic - both the selection of meat(s) & the people who work there. I feel the business was hard down by during the ‘lockdown’ and was thrilled to hear they can deliver via online orders. We made our first order yesterday and it arrived today. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.
T.Great selection of gluten free sausages. Lots of different cuts of meat you don't get in your average supermarket. Great selection of pies, sausage rolls and pork pies made on site too.
The service was not quite up to normal friendly standard, was busy holiday time, maybe having an off day.
B.I was served by a young gentleman. Sadly I couldn't see a name badge. He was patient, helpful and courteous.
I realised that my purchase was too big and heavy so requested that this be held as I had other groceries to buy and would come back with a trolley to collect the meat. This was no trouble.
When back he was kind enough to load the trolley and hold the door open for me. A rare site nowadays.
There's a great selection of fresh meat and great prices. I actually found preservative free sausages today. Thank you Doug!

J.I'm a frequent customer of Alistair and the team at the Devonport location, but I've had the same experience here at the Papamoa branch. Definitely superior quality meats to crappy supermarket stuff.
Their in house sausages are excellent as there are no added carbs, quite important to us with our unique dietary requirements, so it's great not to have to worry about that.
Highly recommended!

Edit: I tried the Lincolnshire Pork, Beef and Blue Cheese and the Herb and Garlic. They were all so good I can't decide on a favourite! We will be back for more ;-)
S.Ridiculous variety of sausages, excellent meat ready to cook. Lemon pepper aged flank was my favorite
M.Love the shop... NOT when they close half an hour early when you want to buy meat for the weekend.
