C.Lady behind the counter was very helpful. The brisket, jalapeno and cheese sausages rocked. She even suggested a rub for the pork I brought. That's currently sitting in the fridge marinating. Can't wait until it's cooked. More on that later. But the pork sausages are my fav!, by far. Well done guys and girl.
